What to expect in the next episode of the Slaton sisters’ reality show

In the next episode of 1000-lb Sisters, which airs Oct. 15, Tammy and her family visit Dr. Smith. Tammy’s bariatric surgeon is now caring not just for her, but for her siblings as well.

During the group appointment, Tammy must step on the scale and see if she’s on track to qualify for skin removal procedures. Nine months ago, Dr. Smith told her she needed to lose 100 pounds. Fortunately, she’s hit her goal – and then some. At her last appointment, she weighed 425 pounds. Now, she weighs a little less than 304 pounds.

“I surpassed Dr. Smith’s goal, my goal, all the goals,” she says in a clip from the episode (via Instagram). “I’m ready for skin removal.”

Meanwhile, Amy is also making progress on her goals. Despite personal turmoil, she’s also continued to lose weight. She’s down 44 pounds, and now weighs 237.

“Hell,” she says in another clip from the episode (via Instagram). “All you need to lose weight is two toddlers and a divorce.”
