‘Semantic Error’ is an unexpected love story between two polar opposites
The 2022 Boys’ Love K-drama Semantic Error begins with the leading character Chu Sang-woo (Park Jae-chan). He is a computer science major at university who is quiet, keeps to himself, and values reasons and rules. Sang-woo is put in a group for a liberal arts project that will determine if the students pass the course. The group leaves Sang-woo to do all the work.
Valuing work ethic, Sang-woo removes the other students’ names from the project. He is unaware his actions catch the attention of the school’s most popular senior.
