Mike’s mom Trish calls Natalie a ‘scamming, lying, conniving snake’

On the May 2 episode of 90 Day Diaries, Mike reveals that he’s been living with his mother, Trish Youngquist. She’s moved into his home in Sequim, Washington. Trish has made it clear she’s not a fan of Natalie and continues to bash her estranged daughter-in-law.

While out to dinner, she tells Mike, “Do you think that her coming over here was just kind of a scam, all on her part?” Mike just shrugs. She continues, “I know you don’t want to think that way, but that’s what it looks like.”

Trish says, “You said it yourself. She’s such a kind, sweet, Christian woman. Well, she’s not. She’s a scamming, lying, conniving snake. As far as I’m concerned, but that’s just my opinion.” However, Mike just tells her that it’s “her opinion” and moves on.

Mike tells the cameras, “My mom does use that word ‘scammer’ a lot in regard to Natalie, but I’m not wholeheartedly with that.” However, he does agree with his mother that he should get the ball rolling on his divorce from Natalie.

Is Mike holding out hope for reconciliation with Natalie?

Mike could be hanging on to hope that Natalie returns to his life. As fans recall, the last time Mike saw Natalie in person was during the 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? Season 6 tell-all.

He said, “When I see Natalie at the Tell-All, you know, I was hoping to maybe talk to her and stuff, but it didn’t seem like it was there.”

His mother asks him, “Are you opposed to starting to date, although you haven’t fully gotten a divorce?” He replies, “I would like to get all my ducks in a line before I start another commitment.” Meanwhile, Natalie has moved on from Mike and was even featured in 90 Day: The Single Life Season 2.

While it’s clear that Natalie isn’t interested in a marriage with Mike, perhaps Mike is postponing the divorce in the hopes that they will get back together.
