Now, however, one wonders if that might change. Angela Deem’s daughter, Scottie Deem, was released early from prison following multiple charges of child molestation.

Angela Deem has an adult daughter, Scottie Deem. In a wild turn of events, the 90 Day Fiancé star’s daughter was arrested for multiple counts of child molestation and statutory rape.
The criminal activity occurred between July 1 and August 31, 2017, according to People. The crimes reported were perpetrated against a minor below 16 years of age. To make matters even worse, it was confirmed that Deem’s activities were performed with other minors present in the room.
According to Radar Online, the victim’s grandmother said, “Scottie Deem, a good friend of the family, had Juvenile [name redacted] at her home while her boyfriend was out of town. While the Juvenile [redacted] was there with her and her children, Ms. Deem had sexual intercourse with Juvenile [redacted]. This incident happened two to three times at Ms. Deem’s home.”
The original charges included a whopping 11 counts of child molestation, one count of aggravated child molestation, and one count of statutory rape. Eventually the charges were reduced to three counts.
Deem has appeared on 90 Day Fiancé several times with her mother, who has also had a run-in with the law. Angela Deem was pulled over and arrested for speeding under the influence of alcohol.

Originally, Scottie Deem received a hefty amount of jail time for her crimes. Angela Deem’s daughter was originally sentenced to three concurrent 20-year sentences. Basically, all three sentences would be running out the clock at the same time. That being said, Deem’s daughter was expected to spend 2.5 years in prison.
However, Deem wound up being released early from her confinement. After a mere 15 months, Deem was released on probation. She’s been added to the Georgia sex offender registry. Additionally, she will only be on parole until January 31, 2021.

90 Day Fiancé fans were shocked to learn that Angela Deem’s daughter is getting out early, given her crimes. The reaction was largely negative, with many fans feeling as though Deem was let off easy.
One Reddit user wrote, “I’m speechless! I bet dollars to donuts that she’s around those children at Angela’s house. Part of her sentencing I believe states says she can’t be around children.”
“What the actual f*ck?! How can that sh*t even happen. I’m disgusted. I must say I weirdly used to like Angela but I want her off. I know people aren’t their children’s crimes but this is sick and I want none of it around my TV, other than on the news reporting on how this woman is back in prison. I can’t even imagine how her victim must feel. This must feel completely invalidating, this boy’s trauma matters and this is unacceptable!” added another user.
However, one fan noted that viewers shouldn’t blame Angela Deem for her daughter’s actions. They wrote, “You can’t blame Angela for the action of her adult daughter. I don’t see anyone blaming Geoffrey’s mom or his children or anyone else. Just because Angela is the ‘famous’ one people are taking it out on her? That’s dumb.”
