’90 Day Fiancé’: Anna Campisi Criticizes Tania Maduro and Syngin Colchester’s Marriage
Not all 90 Day Fiancé fans are sold on Tania Maduro and Syngin Colchester’s decision to marry, and it seems the cast members aren’t all on board either. In fact, during the 90 Day Fiancé Tell All episode, Anna Campisi voiced her opinion that perhaps Maduro and Colchester should not have married as rapidly as they did. And the reason lies in a major difference of opinion the two have about something big — having children. In fact, the issue seems big enough to potentially break the two up in the future. Here’s what Campisi had to say, and how Maduro and Colchester responded.
Tania Maduro and Syngin Colchester are unsure about kids
90 Day Fiancé star Tania Maduro knows that she wants to have children, and soon. However, her South African husband Syngin Colchester is not as on board with her plan. In fact, Colchester isn’t sure he wants to have children at all.
This is a sticking point that the two have seemingly decided to gloss over for the time being. Instead of addressing it prior to their marriage, they decided to go ahead and get married and deal with it later. Now, it seems as if the choice might come back to bite them.
Syngin Colchester admitted that he’s still not sure if he’d want to have a child. During the Tell All episode, he explained, “I am still indecisive about having a child. When I have a sh*t job I choose, ‘I’m not going to do this job anymore.’ And I will go. But if I have a child I might just have to do that sh*t job.”
He added, “You know, it’s something we still bump heads about,” added Colchester. “It’s a big thing. We’re kind of skipping around the fact that we don’t talk about it too much. Because like, do we split if I don’t want kids?”
When she was asked if it might lead to a split, Maduro merely kept silent and shook her head.
Anna Campisi criticizes the fast ‘90 Day Fiancé’ marriage
Some cast members seemed confused when they discovered that Tania Maduro and Syngin Colchester decided to marry despite this major difference.
In fact, Anna Campisi even brought that up during the episode. She asked Tania Maduro and Syngin Colchester, “Why would you get married then? I mean, if you both have different ideas on that?”
“Me and Tania decided to get married, when I said skip around the fact, we kind of still knew that the child’s a lingering thing you know? Unfortunately we only had 90 days, so it was either that or what, fly back to South Africa and continue long distance, which doesn’t really work,” explained Syngin Colchester.
Maduro added, “It was always like, oh in seven to ten years. Then I was like, three, and then it was like, we can work something out in that timeline. And now he’s like ‘oh, I don’t want to have a kid,’ and I’m waiting, I’m waiting.”
