’90 Day Fiancé’: Annie Toborowsky Just Shared a Photo With the ‘Real’ Lana and Fans Are Confused

For much of 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days Season 4, the biggest question of the season was whether or not Lana, David Murphey’s Ukranian girlfriend, was real or a catfish. By the end of the season, it was revealed that Lana was actually a real person and the two got engaged. Now, 90 Day star, Annie Toborowsky, claims to be hanging out with the “real” Lana.

Over the weekend, 90 Day Fiancé couple David and Annie Toborowsky spent time at the W Hotel. While there, they claimed to have seen the “real Lana.

“At the W Hotel in Scottsdale and ran into the real Lana from the Ukraine,” David captioned a picture of Annie and a dark-haired woman. “OMG Lana is real.”

Though one look at the photo would prove to most fans that David was joking, other fans were a little bit slower to catch on to the joke.

“She looks so much younger and beautiful in dark hair,” one follower commented.

“She’s still here?” another person asked.

“Nooooooo! Is that what she looks like?’ another person said. “This girl looks nothing like the other David’s ‘Lana.’ Now I’m confused! And I’m too old to be this confused.”

But some fans caught on to the joke quickly.

“Love your humor! Now David is going to try to find her,” another person said.

“Oh Lawd, you’re gonna have David try to find this lady now,” one fan wrote.

Are David and Lana still together?

After talking to Lana online, Murphey went to the Ukraine several times to try to meet her and was stood up each time. Eventually, he hired a private investigator to find out if Lana was really who she said she was.

“I know I got a lot of lies from Lana,” he said on the show. “So I’m hoping the investigator will validate that Lana is who I think she is because I don’t know if I’m ready to find out if my truth is not the truth.”

The investigator believed that Lana was scamming Murphey as she had dating profiles on multiple sites.

Eventually, Lana did show up to meet Murphey and the two got engaged. By the tell-all special, the engagement was off.

“Right now, I would say we are not together,” Murphey said at the reunion event. “I’m not going to say we won’t be together in the future. She’s under way too much stress with what’s going on with the show. And the people who bother her. I told her that’s part your fault, you can get off.”

However, during a recent Instagram Live, Murphey revealed that he and Lana were still together and are planning a trip to Cancun, according to ScreenRant. He also revealed that Lana is now working as a police investigator back in Ukraine. She is also studying English as she awaits approval for a tourist visa to come to the United States.

Murphey also said that he would be open to filming more of his and Lana’s love story on a 90 Day Fiancé spin-off, however he has yet to be contacted.
