’90 Day Fiancé’: Are Yara and Jovi Still Together?

The couples on 90 Day Fiancé aren’t exactly known for having lasting relationships. Some of them make it past filming but then break up before the reunion special. Yara and Jovi are two of the newest members of the 90 Day Fiancé family. Are they still together now?

’90 Day Fiancé’ couples have to keep secrets

Before appearing on 90 Day Fiancé, couples have to sign nondisclosure agreements. The exact terms and conditions of the agreements have not been released but the agreements limit how much cast members can say about their relationships before the season ends. Several cast members have gotten in trouble in the past for talking about their relationship statuses during the season. But despite most cast members staying pretty tight-lipped throughout the season, there are still ways to tell who is together and who isn’t.

Yara and Jovi’s relationship

Yara and Jovi met due to Jovi’s job. After growing up working summers on shrimp boats, Jovi got into underwater robotics, which is a field that involves lots of travel.

“I’ve been to 25 countries just for work,” he said on the show. “When I go to that country, I stay on the boat the whole time for 28 days. I work four weeks on, four weeks off, so with my time off, I would just pick a country to go to and spend my four weeks there.”

While bored, he downloaded a travel app to meet people. He met Ukrainian Yara on the app.

She “turns heads when she walks the streets” he said of his girlfriend.

“We both like beaches, we both like to scuba dive, we both like to travel,” Jovi continued.

After connecting on the app, the two decided to meet up in Budapest.

“I had zero expectations going to meet her for the first time,” Jovi said. He originally intended on their relationship being nothing more than a fling.

“We had really good sex, and things got better from that point of course,” he said.

Now, Yara is living in New Orleans with Jovi.

What’s going on with Yara and Jovi on the show?

Since arriving in America, Yara and Jovi have already run into a few issues. In this week’s episode, Yara met Jovi’s mother Gwen for the first time. Upon meeting, Gwen didn’t get the best impression of Yara.

“Of course I can see why Jovi is attracted to Yara,” Gwen said. “Of course she’s pretty. I can see that. But if I don’t like her and if I get a bad feeling, I’m going to open my mouth. I can’t watch him make a mistake and not say anything.”

The two clashed when Yara revealed that she didn’t want to have a wedding at all since her parents wouldn’t be allowed to come.

Are Yara and Jovi still together?

Yara and Jovi are still together on tv but that doesn’t mean the same is true for real life. Though they can’t comment on their relationship status, there are signs that the two are still together.

Yara’s Instagram bio currently reads “38 country/traveling with my [heart] 90 fiancé” and Jovi’s similarly says,”New Orleans, LA…….On an adventure to see the world! 57/195 countries.”

So, it would seem that the two are still together and traveling the world.
