’90 Day Fiancé’: Asuelu Just Played Golf With a Surprising Family Member
In the history of 90 Day Fiancé, there are a number of fan favorite couples, and Kalani Faagata and Asuelu Pulaa are certainly one of them. They were first introduced to viewers in season 6 of the original 90 Day Fiancé. But they really made names for themselves in season 5 of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After.
Asuelu just spent some of the day playing golf with a surprising family member of Kalani’s. We have all the details about the fun day out.
Asuelu just played golf with a surprising family member
Kalani’s father, Low, and Asuelu are both from Samoa, and Low has had to lay down the law and talk to Asuelu regarding his behavior before. Fans were able to see it first-hand. It was unclear what kind of relationship these two would have after some of the issues Asuelu and Kalani have had that Low has gotten involved in. But it looks like these two have put the past behind them.
Asuelu recently shared some photos from his day out golfing with none other than Low himself. The pair headed to Sky Mountain Golf Course in Utah, and the views are everything. The first image is the two of them posing with their golf clubs on the course amidst a beautiful landscape of Utah. Asuelu wears a red outfit, while Low sports a blue shirt and gray pants. They both have on long-sleeved white undershirts.
There’s another closer shot of the two of them smiling for the camera as well with Low wearing a hat this time. There’s even a video of Low playing golf and hitting the ball off into the distance in slow motion. The last image is of the Utah landscape from the golf course, and it’s truly a sight to see.
Asuelu captioned the post on Instagram: “Finished playing golf 🏌️♂️ with my coach ⛳️🏌🏾♂️🏌🏾.”
Kolini, Low’s daughter and Kalani’s sister, responded in the comments saying, “Why’s my dad so cute 😭😭😭😭.”
Low has had to talk to Asuelu in the past
Low has had to speak to Asuelu about his behavior before, making it a little surprising that they played golf together. One of the most memorable times involves some choice comments and words Asuelu used while in the car with Kalani, her mother, Lisa, and Kalani and Asuelu’s two sons, Oliver and Kennedy. Asuelu wasn’t able to take his sons to Samoa due to a measles outbreak, and in the car ride to California to celebrate his son’s birthday, Asuelu mentions that “Woman’s job here, it’s easy,” referring to American women. He also called his wife a “lying b****,” after she called him a “freaking liar” when he said he was up “sometimes” with their sick kids.
Low of course get involved, telling Asuelu that he doesn’t want the kids to hear stuff like that. He also made it known that he doesn’t like Asuelu cussing in front of Lisa and Kalani.
“I don’t like you cussing in front of my wife and my daughter,” Low says. “That’s not acceptable.” At one point, he also adds: “I’m trying my best not to get violent.” Low tells him he’ll “have to learn how to treat” Kalani. After that, Asuelu promises to say sorry to his wife, which he does.
Despite the issues in the past, Asuelu and Low recently played golf together, so it looks like they’re moving in the right direction as a family.
