90 Day Fiancé star Babygirl Lisa Hamme was caught in a social media gaffe recently. The reality star, who is angling to marry Nigerian rapper Usman Umar, sounded off with a racial slur on an Instagram comment. To say the least, fans of the show were shocked at her behavior. However, this isn’t the first time Hamme has been caught dropping epithets on social media. In fact, she was caught using one when messaging a fan of the show on Facebook.

90 Day Fiancé star Babygirl Lisa Hamme needs to work on using the right words. The reality star, who hopes to marry Usman Umar, recently utilized a racial epithet while writing a comment on Instagram. It seems this particular star doesn’t realize that some words aren’t meant for her to use.
Hamme wrote, in part, “Tell my n**** I saw his answer, hope he chokes tf out….” The rest of the comment was obscured. However, Hamme’s use of the slur did not go unnoticed.
One Instagram user quickly replied, “N**** be flying out your mouth like that!! Folks getting real brave out here.”
Redditors were also quick to call out Hamme for using the slur. One Redditor wrote, Can’t say I am… I just assumed she wouldn’t type it… oh how I was wrong.”
“She’s the ‘my boyfriends black so I’m not racist’ type for suuuuure,” opined another user.
Another added, “Not really [surprised]. She treats every black person like they are beneath her. And says ‘Nigerian’ like an insult when she is talking about anyone she doesn’t need a blessing from.”
“This fits in with her bizarre pattern of constantly/writing speaking in (something like) AAVE. She’s an old white woman from suburban Pennsylvania who thinks she’s in some way affiliated with the black community. She really needs to stop this fantasy,” another commenter added.
This isn’t Babygirl Lisa Hamme’s first epithet
Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time Babygirl Lisa Hamme has been caught out using slurs on social media. The 90 Day Fiancé star previously lashed out at a Facebook user who allegedly leaked her personal information to a Facebook group.
Though it’s easy to see why Hamme might want to lash out, her use of homophobia in her messages raised eyebrows. In several messages, Hamme wrote, “F*ggot. Your wife sucks c*ck.”
The recipient wrote, “Lisa why are you homophobic.”
Hamme replied, “She big mad.” She added, “I’m going to smash your wife.”
Usman Umar claims Lisa Hamme threatened suicide
In another shocking turn of events, Usman Umar claimed that Lisa Hamme threatened to commit suicide if the two didn’t marry. During an interview on Angela Lee’s podcast, Lip Service, Umar claimed Hamme basically trapped him with her threats.
Umar said, “So, after some time, I was like, this cannot continue. We spent about one year with you telling me that you love me, you love me, and I was saying that I love you, I love you. But deeply in me I know it’s not love. I don’t love you for real, honestly. But I do know that to make you happy, I do that to, you know, to make you happy – to calm you down.”
“So Lisa starts, you know, trying to hang herself, commit suicide. I was like, no, no. My father is an Imam and we were taught in the way that is good for you to please somebody. It’s better I tolerate her, you know problems – all the headaches she has given me – and make her leave, than for me to say I didn’t love her, then go and kill herself,” added the 90 Day Fiancé star.
Umar then continued, “So, I was like, it’s better for me to tolerate that, you know…than for me to say I don’t love you, then she go and kill herself because of me. So that is how it happened.”
Rocco Straz, Hamme’s representative, has since told InTouch Weekly, “At no given time did Lisa state she would kill herself, for him or any other man. She is a very independent woman. Lisa doesn’t need Sojaboy. She wants Sojaboy! Suicide is something that should not be thrown around lightly. Lisa has a beautiful family and would ever do such a thing!”
