’90 Day Fiancé’: Babygirl Lisa Tells Usman Umar He’s Not a Star, She Has Men at Home
90 Day Fiancé couple Babygirl Lisa Hamme and Usman Umar have had a fascinating story. Hamme is a 52-year-old American who started dating Umar, a 30-year-old aspiring rapper in Nigeria, via Facebook. The two have butted heads plenty. Hamme has a jealous streak, and takes umbrage with Umar’s female fans. She also seems to have frequent demands of her Nigerian lover. Umar, meanwhile, has seemingly become exasperated with being bossed around. To make matter worse, Hamme recently lashed out at Umar over his musical career.
Babygirl Lisa Hamme tells Usman Umar he’s no star
Fans of the current season 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days will know that Usman Umar loves making music. In fact, he even wrote a song for Babygirl Lisa Hamme entitled, “I Love You.”
While Hamme was pleased that Umar wrote her a song, she had a major problem with the fact that Umar chose a young and attractive woman to serve as his model in the video. That, coupled with various other spats, seem to have brought Hamme to her breaking point.
During a recent argument, she lashed out at Umar, telling him, “You’re not that big of a star, you’re local talent.”
Daily Soap Dish recently reported that a woman named Amber, who Usman Umar was allegedly chatting with on Instagram, said she’s seen similar messages from Babygirl Lisa in the past.
Amber claims that Umar once showed her a text he received from Hamme, which read, “Bola know that you are no artist. You barely have 75 people at your shows. Your career is over.”
Babygirl Lisa says she’s got plenty of men at home
To make matters worse, Babygirl Lisa Hamme went on to tell her 90 Day Fiancé lover that if she wanted to, she could have plenty of men back home in Pennsylvania.
She told Usman Umar, “I’ve got fifty f*cking men in the states right now I can marry.”
While it may seem as if Hamme is having some sort of unusual outburst, this sort of behavior has been fairly normal for her throughout the season. At one point, Usman Umar stuck up for himself.
Umar previously asked Hamme, during another such outburst, “I am scared about you right now, let me just tell you the truth. I am scared. Because if in Nigeria you can be playing this, then what about if I come to United States?”
Umar then added, “I have never insulted you for a good two years, directly or indirectly. I have so much respect for you. Sometimes you come around and say, ‘You are *******, you are this, you are that.’ I have never insulted you. But you did, and I take it. So if I should be receiving these kinds of things right now in Nigeria, what is going to happen to me if I go to America? Where I have no father, no mother, no brother, no friends, nobody to run to.”
‘90 Day Fiancé’ fans react
90 Day Fiancé fans seemed to get a kick out of Babygirl Lisa Hamme’s comments to Usman Umar. Some also expressed disbelief at the number of men Hamme claimed were ready to marry her.
One Redditor joked, “Come on now…we all know there are at LEAST 50 jobless men looking for 3 hots and a cot, someone to give them an allowance and pay their phone bill. She didn’t need to fly to Nigeria…probably a trip or two around the trailer park would be a good day’s work.”
Another user added, “Women who have 50 men at home don’t usually have to go to Nigeria to get laid.”
As for Hamme’s comment on Umar’s popularity, one user wrote, “Says the woman who acted like she was about to pull up to the Grammys for his music video premiere, braced hereself to fend off his adoring fans, and was angry his home wasnt to the standard of what she assumed a celebrity would live in?”
