90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days Season 5 brings us all new couples, and fans are more excited than ever to watch as they try their luck with international relationships. One pair, however, is garnering the most attention from the season so far. Gino and Jasmine were introduced in the premiere episode on Dec. 12, 2021, and the more audiences get to know about the couple, the more intrigued they become.
What do we know about ‘Before the 90 Days’ Season 5 couple Gino and Jasmine so far?
Fans of Before the 90 Days first met Gino as he prepared for his trip to Panama to meet the “love of his life,” Jasmine. The two met on an international dating app and have video-chatted for approximately nine months. Gino admits that Jasmine is “out of his league” but seems excited about the relationship and can’t wait to meet her in person.
Audiences didn’t see much of Jasmine in the first episode, but what they did see raised some eyebrows. Jasmine requires Gino to check in with her multiple times a day. If he leaves his house, he must let her know when he goes, when he arrives at his destination, and when he gets back home.
In Before the 90 Days Season 5 Episode 2, Jasmine explains that her exes cheated on her in the past. This causes some insecurity, and she said she “trusts Gino because he does [check in with her.]”
Gino plans to start a family with Jasmine right away, but Jasmine has different ideas
Gino is very upfront about his desire to start a family right away with Jasmine. In the premiere episode, he explains to his brother and sister-in-law that he wants to get Jasmine pregnant before he leaves to come back to America. While his brother and sister-in-law support Gino’s desire for a family, this confession makes them nervous.
However, Jasmine doesn’t seem to be on the same page as Gino when it comes to starting a family of their own. Gino pulls out a box of pregnancy tests explaining that they’re so Jasmine can “check herself” before he goes home, but Jasmine stares back in silence.
Later she tells cameras, “Gino wants to have a baby right away, but having babies in a hurry, that’s crazy. So Gino doesn’t know that I’m taking birth control pills and I’m nervous to tell him the truth because he’s going to be very disappointed.”
Fans have to wait to see how the couple’s relationship pans out in ‘Before the 90 Days’ Season 5
If there is anything audiences have learned from watching 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days, it’s that keeping big secrets like that never ends well for the couple. Jasmine says she’s “nervous to tell Gino,” which, at least, implies she plans on telling him. However, we haven’t seen anything in previews showing us that she ‘fesses up to her secret.
