’90 Day Fiancé’: Big Ed Was Hitting Up Juliana Custodio All Season, Fans Creeped Out
90 Day Fiancé fans were shocked to learn that Big Ed may have been creeping on Juliana Custodio this entire time. This wouldn’t be the only black mark against Ed since he first appeared on the show. Many fans have expressed dissatisfaction with him for a variety of reasons. Including how he treated Rose Vega, and his behavior on social media. Now, with Michael Jessen dishing on Ed’s messages to Custodio, fans have new ammo against the reality star.
Big Ed receives hate for how he treated Rose Vega
90 Day Fiancé fans noticed a particular quirk about Big Ed — he seemed to treat Rose Vega like a child. And, to say the least, this did not sit well with fans.
Big Ed was pilloried by many viewers for insulting Vega several time during the show, and for infantilizing her. Notable moments included Big Ed asking Vega to shave her legs, and gifting her a Hello Kitty toothbrush alongside mouthwash, a bikini, and a teddy bear.
When Ed gave her the toothbrush, he told her, “I got you a couple more things. This is going to be less romantic. So, this is mouthwash. And I got you a cute toothbrush because your breath is not pretty.”
Redditors roasted Ed for how he talked down to Vega. One user wrote, “I hate how he talks to her like a baby. ‘These are clothes. For outside. the beach. This is for your top!’ Like, [of course] she knows what a bikini is. She lives in the Philippines [for f*ck’s sake]. Not some secluded, never been contacted village on K2.”
“He speaks to her in that fake-soft voice like she’s a tween. She’s a 23 year old woman with a son. Caloocan is in Metro Manila, and she’s obviously internet savvy and speaks English,” added another Redditor.
’90 Day Fiancé’ star goes live on Instagram with minors
Fans of the franchise have also expressed distaste at Big Ed’s tendency to go live with minors on Instagram live. Some 90 Day Fiancé fans have expressed concern over his willingness to do so, and the frequency with which he does it.
According to Daily Soap Dish, Ed at one point asked a minor on his live whether or not she had a “friend with benefits.” The publication implies that Ed may have been inebriated while talking to these minors. In another instance, Ed discussed porn videos with someone on his live, and then went live with a nine-year-old girl shortly after.
Michael Jessen says he was hitting up Juliana Custodio
Now, as if Big Ed didn’t have enough flak coming his way for his bad behavior already, fellow 90 Day Fiancé alum Michael Jessen has claimed that Big Ed was hitting up Juliana Custodio.
Jessen broke the news in an Instagram comment captured by 90 Day Fiancé blogger John Yates. Instagram account 90dayfiancenow started a poll asking about Big Ed, “Are you a fan or a hater?”
Michael Jessen commented on the post, “He has been trying to text with Juliana since their season started…not a good guy.”
One Instagram user commented on Yates’ post, “Stephanie said one of the 90 day cast was following her OnlyFans….bet it’s [Big Ed].”
“He keeps getting sleazier. Now we find out he’s been trying to slide into the DM’s of a married woman,” wrote another.
