‘90 Day Fiance’: Brandon and Julia Try Steven’s Strange Wine Tasting Method in Hilarious Photo
90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? stars, Brandon Gibbs and Julia Trubkina, and his parents, Ron and Betty Gibbs, are hilariously trying out Steven’s strange wine tasting method. The hilarious snap poking fun at Steven “with a V” has been making its rounds on the internet.
Steven tastes wine with Alina
On 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way Season 3, Steven and Alina go out for a wine-tasting date while in Turkey. The couple is currently deciding whether or not they should get married within the 90 days they have allotted on their visas. Steven, a devout Mormon, tells Alina that they can do wine tasting, but swallowing the wine isn’t allowed, as per the rules of their LDS faith.
During the awkward date, Steven puts his tongue in the glass to try the wine. He reveals he’s never tasted wine before and spits it out in disgust. The date then goes from bad to worse when Steven thinks it’s the perfect time to tell Alina that he’s been not only lying to her about being a virgin but that he’s cheated on her many times.
Brandon posts Julia, Ron, and Betty Gibbs trying Steven’s strange wine tasting method
On Oct. 21, Brandon posted a photo of Ron and the family poking fun at Steven in a birthday tribute to his father. Julia, Brandon, Ron, and Betty are all seen with their tongues in their glasses, tasting the wine as Steven had in the now infamous clip. Check out Brandon’s Instagram post below:
Brandon captioned the photo with a Birthday message to his father. He wrote, “Happy birthday, dad! You continue to delight everyone with your laughter and positive! We love you.”
Julia is getting along with Brandon’s parents
On Oct. 16, Betty posted a photo on Instagram of the family celebrating Julia’s 28th birthday. In the video, Julia is pretending to blow out the candles, but instead of a cake, it’s a tray filled with cups of cider. Brandon, Ron, and Betty celebrated Julia’s birthday at Blue Toad Hard Cider in Roseland, Virginia. The caption reads, “Celebrating Julia’s birthday. Who needs a cake and candles when you have wonderful cider.”
While Julia’s relationship with Brandon’s parents was very rocky on both 90 Day Fiancé and 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?, so it’s surprising to see that all of them are hanging out together.
