’90 Day Fiancé’: Brittany Banks Gives Update on How Yazan’s K-1 Visa Application Is Going
Brittany Banks and Yazan had a tough time on 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way. They ended the season with Banks going back to America and Yazan staying in Jordan. Banks’ social media activity while the season was airing led fans to believe that she and Yazan had most likely broken up. But recently, she gave an update about Yazan’s visa status that has people wondering if the couple has reconciled.
Brittany Banks and Yazan’s relationship
Yazan and Banks had quite a quick relationship. They met over videochat while Yazan was on the phone with his sister who lived in America. They were immediately attracted to one another and a few weeks later, Banks flew to Jordan. The two got engaged and Banks later attempted to move to Jordan to be with Yazan. Unfortunately, when she got to Jordan things went south. She and Yazan argued over her behavior and her unwillingness to convert to Islam.
When the season ended, Banks headed back to America and Yazan was unsure of what their future looked like.
“Honestly, I still don’t know if Brittany wants to marry me or not,” Yazan told the cameras. “She wants to apply for the K1 visa for me, so we can move to America and get married. So, I want to believe her.”
Signs that Yazan and Brittany Banks broke up
While the season was airing, Banks accused Yazan of cheating on her.
“Fun facts about us,” she captioned a now-deleted picture of her and Yazan. “Yazan’s favorite drink is Jack Daniels. Yazan loves hashish, tramadol, and gaslighting women. He also loves to cheat with ’90 Day Fiancé’ fans. He’s on his third one. His favorite pastime is blaming others for his actions. Enjoy @yazan_abuhurira did I miss anything? Should I honorably mention your out of control temper?”
Though she deleted the post, she continued to drop little hints about her and Yazan’s relationship throughout the season. Once the finale aired, she also made a post referring to her “ex.”
“Now that the season is over I would like to say every person on ‘The Other Way’ production & editing team,” she wrote on her Instagram Story. “You’re all garbage a*s humans. Enjoy.”
“To my ex’s and ex-friends I used to know, you’re also complete clout chasing garbage,” she continued. “I hope the 15 of fame was worth being disloyal. All in all, I’m glad it’s over. Enjoy the tell-all. Hopefully, they don’t chop it up & let y’all get the truth.”
Is Brittany still applying for Yazan’s visa?
At the end of the season, Banks and Yazan had plans to apply for the K-1 visa so Yazan could go to America to marry Banks. After her Instagram story tirade, it was unclear whether the two were still planning on applying for the visa or not.
However, under a recent Instagram post, Banks alluded to the visa application still being underway. When a fan asked how the visa was coming along, Banks responded positively.
“Great, tbh,” she wrote in comments captured by In Touch.
It is unclear whether Banks was being serious and is really still applying for Yazan to come to America or if she was just being sarcastic as she has been known to do with people who comment on her posts.
