’90 Day Fiancé’: Could Jihoon Lee Face Jail Time for Deavan Clegg’s Abuse Claims?
90 Day Fiancé fans were shocked when Deavan Clegg claimed that Jihoon Lee abused her daughter, Drascilla. The couple recently split, with Deavan Clegg returning to the United States and finding herself a new man. However, Clegg has since been making a variety of statements about Jihoon Lee and how he treated her and Drascilla while they were in South Korea. Child abuse claims are no small matter, and if Clegg takes Lee to court and they rule in her favor, Lee could face some serious jail time in South Korea.
Deavan Clegg accused Jihoon Lee of abuse
Deavan Clegg started accusing Jihoon Lee of a variety of behavioral issues once she landed in South Korea. Notably, she claimed Lee was too lazy to find work, and wasn’t trying to pull in the money the 90 Day Fiancé family needed to stay afloat.
Later, when Clegg left Lee and South Korea, she claimed that Lee had been abusive towards her daughter, Drascilla. She also claimed that Lee is impossible to get ahold of, has said vile things to her and her daughter, and that he has no interest in connecting with his son, Taeyang.
“You guys don’t know the half of it. My daughter is healing and I’m healing. Wait till the Tell All I’m tired of this. Something bad happened that can never be forgiven,” Clegg wrote on Instagram.
“I tried to co-parent but that’s kind of hard to do when the other person has deleted any type of way to get in contact. Also kind of difficult when the only time he contacts you is to call you degrading vile names,” Clegg went on to add.
Jihoon Lee fights back on Instagram
Jihoon Lee was apparently feeling fed up with Deavan Clegg’s accusations. The reality star took to his Instagram story to post several lengthy messages about Clegg’s claims, and their veracity.

Lee addressed a variety of accusations in his post, listing them out and addressing them individually. Notably, Lee claimed that he was actually quite overworked while Deavan Clegg was living in South Korea.
“I start work at 10 a.m. and finish work at 2 a.m. I have to get up at 8 and get ready to go to work, and I can fall asleep at 3 a.m. when I come home from work,” Lee wrote of his schedule.
As for child abuse, Jihoon Lee mentioned a time he pulled Drascilla’s hair to teach her a lesson when she refused to stop pulling on her classmates’ hair.
“I tugged on her hair, and asked, ‘If I pull your hair, does it hurt? You don’t want to hurt your friends or the other kids’ and that still didn’t work in her understanding,” he wrote.
Could the ‘90 Day Fiancé’ star face jail time?
If Deavan Clegg decides to take her 90 Day Fiancé husband to court, and if he is found guilty, Jihoon Lee could be facing some serious jail time.
“According to child protection laws in Korea, child abuse offenders face a minimum of five years in prison,” reported Blasting News.
It remains to be seen whether or not Deavan Clegg will choose to bring charges against her husband in South Korea. However, the two have been uninvited from the Tell-All episode as a result of Clegg’s claims against Lee.
