’90 Day Fiance’: Darcey Silva’s Ex Is Finally Ready to Marry Her

There are some people who are lucky in love and then there is the rest of the world. Darcey Silva does not fall into that first category. We’ve seen firsthand how tragic her search to find love has been. She’s been on three seasons of 90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days trying to find the one. And yet, she’s still looking for love.

One thing about Silva that no one can deny is that the woman puts herself out there. No matter how brutal a breakup happens to be, Silva is always able to pick her self up and get back into the dating game.

Throughout both of the relationships that have been shown on 90 Day Fiance, it was clear that Silva wanted to get married. Neither of her partners was ready to give her the kind of marriage that she truly would have wanted. But now, one of her exes is saying he is ready to walk down the aisle with Silva.

Darcey Silva’s failed relationships

When we first met Silva, she was dating Dutch fitness expert Jesse Meester. The two appeared on the show for two seasons in an attempt to work through their issues. But in the end, they were just too incompatible to make it work.

Next, Silva moved on to Tom Brooks. She had been speaking to Brooks on and off for four years over the internet before flying to England to meet him in person. From the very beginning of their time together, it became clear that the two wanted different things. Silva wanted to get married and Brooks wasn’t sure if he wanted a relationship with her at all. When Silva returned to America, the two had a tough time keeping things going.

“Maybe I’m in a different mindset,” Silva told Brooks at the 90 Day Fiance Tell All special. “I mean, if you love somebody, you’ll do whatever it takes to be with that one person. I mean, I would like to have more time with you, more communication. I feel like you don’t.”

But Brooks didn’t want more communication with Silva. In fact, he wanted to talk less.

“I feel when I say to you, ‘I’m in a business meeting, I’ll call you later,’ and I get 1500 text messages, that’s not you respecting me,” he responded. “You ring me at 4 o’clock in the morning then send me 50 messages saying, ‘What are you doing?’ Are you that girl? You can’t ring people at 5 a.m.”

Is someone ready to marry Silva?

While Brooks and Silva’s relationship was on the rocks, rumors began coming out that Silva was cheating on Brooks with an English man named Michael. Though she and Michael had a rough split, he has come out and said that he wanted to marry Silva.

“Why did you get involved with Darcey,” one fan asked him on Instagram according to SoapDirt.” Lord, she is so plastic and fake. What were you thinking?”

“In all honesty, I actually fell in love with her,” Michael responded. “She wasn’t what you see on TV with me and yes I would have married her in a heartbeat at the time.
