’90 Day Fiancé’: Deavan Clegg Claims Jihoon Lee Wants Nothing to Do With Their Baby, Taeyang
Deavan Clegg and Jihoon Lee are officially done and the claws are coming out. This season of 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way isn’t even done airing and Clegg is already blasting the pair’s personal business. Though Lee might have been the one to confirm the breakup, Clegg is now claiming that Lee is not the person that he says he is or the father that he pretends to be.
What happened between Deavan and Jihoon?
Things got off to a bad start for Lee and Clegg when Lee lied about having a full-time job.
“I don’t really have a job,” Lee revealed to the cameras. “I have a side job doing deliveries. It goes by the hour and it’s a part-time job. I lied to Deavan because if I have no money, Deavan’s not [coming] to Korea.”
Though this made Clegg think about leaving Lee, she was eventually able to forgive him.
Jihoon is not a good father
On top of being careless with money and lying about his job, Lee had multiple incidents that made Clegg concerned about his ability to be a father. First, he failed to go and check out the couple’s apartment before they moved in to make sure it was a safe place for kids. Then, when Drascilla tried to run into the street, Clegg claimed that Lee focused more on arguing with her than saving Drascilla.
“At this point, he was probably 10 feet ahead of me, I have the baby, it would’ve been faster for him to get her,” Clegg recounted on Instagram Live. “I’m like, ‘Please go run after her, go get her, she’s running!’ As he’s running, he stops midway as a car is approaching Drascilla and he turns around and he starts screaming at me.
“I’m not gonna say exactly what he said, because I can’t remember,” she continued. “Like I said, it was over a year ago. But he was cursing at me.”
Deavan says Jihoon doesn’t care about Taeyang
When Lee announced his split from Clegg, he said that she claimed that she would bring their son Taeyang to Korea every summer to visit him. Recently, Clegg accused Lee of not caring for their child at all in an Instagram caption.
“I hate how everyone thinks I’m taking you away from a certain someone. When in reality I tried my best, yet that certain someone hasn’t called, texted, or asked about you in weeks. And the little money they gave to you, they asked for back. People are attacking us for a man who attacked us. But the truth always comes out. Seeing someone play victim and pretend and lie…I’m sick of the lies. I’m sick of pretending because I’m scared of a piece of paper. Anyways I’m not keeping my child from a certain person. I gave this certain person a chance and was willing to work out something. This certain person has said time and time again they want nothing to do with you which breaks my heart but yet this certain person will sit back and lie and pretend. While you and I are currently hiding away because his lies have put us in danger.
She went on to accuse Lee of being the one in the wrong.
“It’s sad how someone can say they will just pretend you don’t exist and then use your sympathy for gain,” she wrote. “Why is no one questioning him? He deleted your memory. He has blocked any way of getting in contact, he did the most vile thing possible and that’s why we are here. Yet we are the ones harassed and stuck hiding away? Makes no sense. I don’t understand humanity. Anyways, I’ll leave it at that.”
Clegg has since deleted all of her claims.
