‘90 Day Fiancé: Deavan Clegg Says She’s ‘Done’ After Fans Leak the Identity of Drascilla’s Biological Dad
Though Deavan Clegg of 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way has been very open about some aspects of her life, there are others that she would prefer to keep to herself. When fans of the show met Clegg, she already had her daughter Drascilla from a previous relationship. Throughout her two seasons on the show, Clegg never revealed her exes’ identity. Now, some fans have figured out who the man is and Clegg has had enough.
What has Deavan revealed about Drascilla’s father?
Earlier this year, Clegg made a YouTube video called “Opening Up About My Abusive Relationship UNCUT” to tell fans the story behind why she has full custody of her daughter.
She claimed that she met her ex-boyfriend, who she called Tom in the video to protect his identity, when she was 17. They met through Clegg’s tattoo artist.
“He just seemed super genuine,” Clegg said. “He was super nice, I didn’t see any red flags at all.”
When Clegg started living with Tom, the trouble started.
“I had my laptop pulled up and an ex-boyfriend of mine, who happens to be a friend as well, he had messaged me and he was asking about ‘Tom’ and how we were doing, and I said, ‘Oh, we’re doing great, thanks for asking.’ And ‘Tom’ kind of got jealous,” Clegg said. “And this is the first warning sign I kind of noticed.”
This led to one of their first big fights.
“Tom had gotten so angry, he had slammed my laptop shut and ended up storming out and disappearing for a couple of hours,” she said. Their arguments soon began to turn physical and it got to the point where Clegg’s mother forbade her from seeing him.
When Clegg got pregnant, she knew she had to leave the relationship.
“It was one of those things where it’s like, I can get an abortion and stay with him, or I can leave him and have this baby. Those were my options. Because if I was going to stay with him, I wasn’t going to have this baby and I knew that but I really wanted this baby and I didn’t want him anymore,” she said.
Around the time that she was three months pregnant, Tom got physical with her again and she left him for good. The day after the altercation, she started getting threats from Tom’s new girlfriend, alleging that they would take Clegg’s baby and raise her. Clegg then got a restraining order and later obtained full custody of Drascilla.
Deavan says she’s ‘done’
Recently, some 90 Day Fiancé gossip sites did some digging and released pictures of Clegg’s alleged ex, according to Monsters and Critics.
Clegg, who had purposely hidden her ex’s identity, was livid that people would dig into her personal life like that.
“This isn’t a game. You guys did me in, you win … Thanks for leaking who Drascilla’s [biological father] is,” she wrote in a now-deleted message captured by 90 Day blogger John Yates. “I’m done, you guys win. Thanks a lot, there is a reason I have a life-long protective order … Shutting down comments. You all really believe everything you see on TV. You guys don’t know the truth or half of it. Have fun with your dumb show.”
