’90 Day Fiancé’: Deavan Clegg Reveals Fans Have Called Child Protective Services and Animal Control Called on Her
Deavan Clegg hasn’t had the easiest time with her fans. The 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way star has received a lot of criticism and backlash from fans for a number of reasons throughout her time on the show. Now, she has revealed that not only have fans criticized her on social media, but they have also called the authorities on her.
Deavan Clegg was blamed for keeping Taeyang away
Fans have been upset with Clegg for a number of things, but most recently, they have accused Clegg of keeping her son away from his father, Jihoon Lee. After Clegg and Lee broke up, she started dating someone new and many people believed she was trying to replace Lee with her new boyfriend, Topher Park.
Clegg eventually clapped back at fans and told them that she should not be blamed.
“I’m just going to say something… I’m blocked on social media, my number is blocked,” she wrote in Instagram comments captured by Cinema Blend. “I’ve reached out, sent photos of my son with no replies. I’ve tried and offered to come to Korea. I’m sick of being blamed when I’m the one trying to co-parent. I was told several times to just pretend it never happened because that’s what this certain person wants. I’m the one who paid for all the hospital bills, I’m the one who paid for everything in Korea, I’m the one still supporting my son with no help. I’m the one doing everything so why I’m I being attacked? Because I moved on? Because I was tired of being used and not getting any help in return?”
Deavan has had to move because of fans
Lee recently posted a photo of clothes and toys that he wanted to send his son. He alleged that he had to send them through his friends in America because Clegg would not give him her address. But according to Clegg, that was not the whole truth.
“The box he did send, he did not pay for but was one of his fans not a friend,” she wrote in the post captured by Screen Rant. “He has been giving out my address to someone he has never met, who is a super fan who has been buying the items and writing his statements for him.”
Clegg alleged that Lee’s actions were putting her and the children in danger with fans.
“The reason we have not shared our new address is because we had to relocate twice for safety reasons due to him giving out our address to random people who we have never met. The fan who has written his statements and given our address to we believe to be someone who can harm us. Due to this we have had to relocate and have filed a police report in the past.”
Fans have called the authorities
People have called Clegg out for the way that she parents her oldest child, Drascilla. But some fans have taken their criticism a step further and called the authorities on Clegg in order to make sure the child is safe.
Clegg recently appeared on the Big Mood podcast to talk about all the times fans had tried to get her in trouble.
“It can get really nasty and bad,” she told the hosts. “I’ve had hate mail. I’ve had people like call CPS (Child Protective Services) on me. Somone sent the dog police, animal control, to my mom’s house to take Jihoon’s dog, like that kind of stuff.”
