’90 Day Fiancé’: Elizabeth Potthast Castravet Shares Sweet Post With Her Daughter in the Pool: ‘Ellie Is Just Learning How to Swim Comfortably on Her Own’
Elizabeth Potthast Castravet and her husband, Andrei Castravet from the 90 Day Fiancé franchise, have a daughter named Eleanor Louise Castravet. The two-year-old is apparently learning to swim, and Elizabeth recently shared a sweet post that captures that perfectly.
Elizabeth Potthast Castravet and Andrei Castravet from ‘90 Day Fiancé’
Elizabeth, who is 30, and her husband, who is 35, reside in sunny Tampa, Florida. The two originally met on a dating app, and they first saw each other in person in 2016 in Dublin, Ireland, although Andrei is originally from Moldova. The couple married in December 2017 during season 5 of the original 90 Day Fiancé. Their daughter Eleanor was born on January 23, 2019.
They are fan favorites from the 90 Day Fiancé franchise. They’ve been in numerous spinoffs, including What Now, Self-Quarantined, Happily Ever After, HEA Strikes Back, and Pillow Talk. Plus, fans can see them in discovery+ exclusive series, including 90 Day Diaries, 90 Day: Bares All, and 90 Day Fiancé: Love Games.
But Elizabeth and Andrei really made waves in seasons 4 and 5 of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After. In season 5, the couple had their second wedding in Moldova, and there was a lot of family drama. Elizabeth’s brother, Charlie, and Andrei almost got into a physical altercation, with tensions running high. Elizabeth’s family wanted answers about Andrei’s past, which caused problems.
They’ll be in the upcoming season 6 of the series, which premieres on Sunday, April 25.
Elizabeth shares sweet post with her daughter in the pool
Elizabeth shared a memorable post on April 11 of her and her daughter in the pool. In it, there are two images as well as a video. Eleanor is learning to swim by herself, and her progress can be seen. In the first two images, Elizabeth is in the water with Eleanor in a small pool. Elizabeth holds her daughter as Eleanor looks at the camera while sporting an orange and pink hat. Elizabeth has a smile on her face, and the second photo is very similar.
There is also a video of Elizabeth and Eleanor as she learns to swim with music playing in the background. As Eleanor stands on a step, her mother counts to three, and Elizabeth catches her as she steps off the step, telling her, “Good job. You’ve gotta swim. Don’t make momma catch you.”
The next time is much like the same with Elizabeth catching her daughter as she tries to swim from the step. The last attempt has Elizabeth going slightly further with her arms outstretched. Eleanor jumps from the step, making it into her mother’s arms.
Elizabeth captioned the post on Instagram: “Ellie is just learning how to swim comfortably on her own and she LOVES it! She wants to do everything all by herself and gets mad if I try to help her 😂 to say she’s growing up fast would be an understatement! 🥲💙💧☀️

It’s nice to see these moments with our favorite cast members and their families. It looks like Eleanor will be swimming in no time at all.
