During the course of each season, the American counterpart will travel to their romantic partner’s home country and spend time there, becoming better acquainted with their partner and ultimately, deciding whether to move forward with the K-1 visa. Often times, the couples do decide to move ahead with their plans — and on some occasions, the whole thing is called off.
Big Ed and Rose are a controversial couple
One of the most controversial couples on season four of 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days is “Big Ed” Brown, an American from California, and Rosemarie Vega, from the Philippines. From the beginning, viewers weren’t exactly enchanted with Ed Brown and his bizarre relationship with the much-younger Vega.
Although Brown claims that he was transparent with Vega from the beginning about their large age gap, it still left a bad impression with viewers. All throughout the season, Brown and Vega have experienced a number of ups and downs, including spats with relatives who don’t believe that the couple are for real.
Big Ed Brown, in particular, has had some bad luck, both on the show and on social media. He has been accused of bullying, and of being misogynistic, although the wanna-be reality star refutes all reports of inappropriate or rude behavior.

Recently, a TikTok video went viral, with one talented girl taking on the role of both Vega and Brown — with the help of some serious facial manipulation to provide her own hilarious take on Brown’s exaggerated facial expressions and accent. She mimicked a popular scene from 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days, and fans absolutely loved it, showing her lots of love in the comments. Brown himself hasn’t directly responded to the video, but he is active on social media, so it is likely that he has at least heard of it.
There have been a lot of rumors in recent days about Brown and Vega. And while the couple has their fair share of haters, it certainly seems as though everyone will be sticking around to see what happens.
