But one particular snapshot—of Elizabeth nursing the couple’s one-year-old daughter, Eleanor, in her bridal gown—sparked the most attention from fans.

In one photo, Andrei’s wife was breastfeeding their daughter. “She is far more precious than jewels,” Elizabeth wrote of little Eleanor in the caption.
Immediately, 90 Day Fiancé fans praised the 30-year-old mom for being so open about her choice to breastfeed. Some even declared that the poignant moment between mother and daughter should be framed.

Still, not all the reactions to Elizabeth’s breastfeeding photo were positive. Some critics thought the moment should have been kept private, while others argued that the 90 Day Fiancé star should have used a nursing cover or blanket at her wedding.
“That is so unattractive,” one critic commented on Instagram. “I’m a mom and I’ve never done that, cover-up no one wants to see that.”
