’90 Day Fiancé’: Geoffrey Paschel Says He Couldn’t Be With Varya Malina Right Now Even If He Wanted to
Geoffrey Paschel ended his season of 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days engaged to his Russian girlfriend, Varya Malina. But the controversial contestant was uninvited from the “Tell-All” after fans started a petition to get him removed from the show after discovering he’d been arrested for domestic assault in 2019. So 90 Day Fiancé viewers aren’t sure if Geoffrey and Varya are still together. According to Geoffrey, he and Varya can’t be together right now whether they are engaged or not.

Online, Geoffrey and Varya seemed to have a pretty good relationship. In his interviews with TLC prior to meeting Varya, Geoffrey spoke about how his Russian girlfriend was unlike any of the women he’d previously dated. He was clearly very smitten.
But when Geoffrey flew to meet Varya for the first time, their initial encounter was awkward at best. Things grew progressively more uncomfortable when Varya’s friends started grilling Geoffrey about his controversial past. At one point, Geoffrey lost his temper, cementing Varya’s friends’ opinion of him.
Then, of course, there was the whole proposal drama. Geoffrey asked Varya to marry him and she told him “not yet.” Geoffrey took her response to mean, “no,” so he went back home and began dating his friend, Mary Wallace. Varya, however, didn’t know she and Geoffrey had broken up and went to (surprise) visit him a couple of months after the proposal. When she found Mary there, things go heated.
In the end, Geoffrey chose Varya over Mary and proposed to her once again.
Geoffrey says Varya can’t come to America right now whether they’re together or not
On Aug. 25, Geoffrey posted a photo and caption to Instagram about sticking to healthy habits.
“I have found that no one, and I mean no one, is a better accountability partner than yourself. Time and time again I have found myself being my sole driving force to change…change for the better,” he wrote in his caption accompanying a photo of him cooking dinner.
While several fans weighed in with their tips and tricks to holding themselves accountable, many asked about Geoffrey’s relationship with Varya.
One fan asked why Geoffrey isn’t with Varya anymore.
“You know this because I am making a dinner????” he replied, later adding, “My relationship status is not something I can talk about though regardless.”
Another 90 Day Fiancé viewer wrote: “If you’re not with Varya you seriously messed that up.”
“Yeah? Now I should let random people dictate my life? Too funny…” responded Geoffrey.
“Not saying that at all. From your response I’m assuming you’re not together. I’m just saying how beautiful you two were together,” the fan wrote back.
Geoffrey responded that, even if he and Varya are indeed together, the current travel situation would keep them from being in the same place.
“Not sure if you’re aware of this or not, but even if I devoutly said we were together, she would still be under travel conditions and would therefore be restricted from coming here without some major underhanded finagling,” he wrote.
Geoffrey has told fans on numerous occasions that he’s still under contract so unable to speak about how things ended up between him and Varya. But as time goes on, it seems fewer and fewer fans believe the 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days couple is still together.
