’90 Day Fiance’: How Babygirl Lisa Shuts Down the Theory That Usman Is Using Her for a Green Card
Babygirl Lisa Hamme and Usman Umar are a controversial 90 Day Fiance couple for a few different reasons. Usman has been accused of cheating on Lisa, and some fans feel Lisa is “abusive” toward Usman.
Not too long ago, it came out that Lisa had called Usman the N-word.
“That word was used out of context. It was used out of stupidity. My husband accepted my apology but haters don’t. They want to ride it out to no end. Other very famous people that do entertainment, they said just let it die down. Let the haters just subside. And the ones who are riding it are the ones who are trying to become popular like you. That is their goal. And by any means, they’re going to do it. So I’m just going to ignore those haters. I’ve acknowledged it. I’ve made a public apology on another podcast interview and it was posted to my IG. It was seen by all my fans but it’s still not good enough,” she said in an interview with The Domenick Nati Show on May 22.
Why Babygirl Lisa is certain Usman is not cheating on her right now
Despite the issues they’d been reportedly having, Lisa and Usman are still married. Currently, they’re in different countries due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. But Lisa says she’s confident Usman is not cheating on her.
“Anytime he calls me or I call him we automatically answer no matter where we’re at, if we’re in the bathroom or shower, we stop what we’re doing and hit that video button so we can talk to one another. So at any given time he can ring my phone, like right now. He’s probably like, ‘Oh, let me hit this button. Who’s she talking to?’” she said.
How Babygirl Lisa knows Usman isn’t using her for a green card
The interviewer also asked Lisa, “Do you have any concern that Usman is using you to come to America?”
“That, a lot of people are saying,” she responded. “Now, let’s get real here. If he wanted a green card, do you not think he would have done it three years ago when he met?”
Lisa wants to remind 90 Day Fiance fans that she and Usman have been together for three years and married for one.
“It’s not like I met him 30 days ago and went to Nigeria and said, ‘Oh I’m in love with Soja Boy, I’m gonna marry this local celebrity.’ It was nothing like that. I knew him for three years,” she said.
