’90 Day Fiancé’: Jess Caroline Is Living Her Best Life After Dumping Colt Johnson
Colt Johnson and Jess Caroline have had a toxic, dramatic relationship on this season of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? But, as of a recent episode, Jess ended her relationship with Colt for good. Now, she’s never been better.
Colt and Jess on ’90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?’
At the beginning of season, Colt claimed he wanted to “take time for [himself]” before jumping back into the dating game after his divorce.
“I feel like I lost a lot of myself in the past year or two and I just need to focus on myself and my goals and what I want in life,” he said. “I gained a bunch of weight, you know, I wasn’t eating right. I’m just trying to calm everything down and do it slow and start over more or less.”
But then he met Jess and they got serious despite Colt’s initial intentions.
Colt and Jess had a tumultuous relationship. Jess didn’t get along with Colt’s mom (who he lives with), they fought often and lied (well, Colt lied). A big issue in their relationship was Colt’s friendship with a woman named Vanessa. The last straw for Jess was when she learned that Colt was actually living with Vanessa after her divorce. She also learned that Colt had sent lewd photos of himself to at least eight different women when Jess thought they were still together.
“I’m done with Colt forever,” she told cameras. “I do not want Colt in my life.”
“I made so many mistakes, it’s going to take me a long time to reflect and process everything,” said Colt. “Ever since my divorce, I’ve tried to make a better Colt but I’ve just made things worse. I feel like I don’t know who I am anymore.”
Jess after ’90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?’
Instagram isn’t real life. But if it’s any indication at all, Jess has been living it up the best way she knows how ever since her breakup with Colt. She’s been posting photos of herself partying in Vegas, spending time with Colt’s ex, Larissa Dos Santos Lima, boating, soaking in the sights in Utah, and so much more.
There have also been reports that Jess got married six weeks after dumping Colt. She met her new beau through Larissa. His name is Brian Hanvey and he’s a singer and producer.
“They got married in Michigan – where Brian’s from and where he lived until he moved with new wife Jess to Las Vegas recently,” reports Soap Dirt. “We confirmed that 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After star Jess and Brian applied for their marriage license on July 23, and married on August 1. A friend of Brian’s officiated the wedding and hosted the event at his home in Ferndale, Michigan. And Jess had at least one Brazilian friend fly in for her big day.”
While things didn’t work out between Jess and Colt, it seems she got her happily ever after in the end.
