On 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After, the moment many fans have been waiting for is finally here. Kalani Faagata and Asuelu Pulaa will be bringing their families together in the upcoming episode.
The couple is finally back from their eventful trip to Washington to see Asuelu’s family. However, it was memorable for all the wrong reasons. Asuelu’s family requested $1,000 from him, but he only had $100 to give. That wasn’t going to cut it, and things got a little heated.
Kalani even took it upon herself to speak with Asuelu’s mother, Lesina, and his sister, Tammy, about matters. Their argument has since spilled over into Asuelu and Kalani’s relationship. They’ve decided to attend counseling, and are making steps to improve their relationship.

In a sneak peek of the upcoming episode, Kalani and Asuelu’s families get together to talk about things. But before the meeting, Kalani’s father, Low, and Asuelu speak. Low asks Asuelu what he is hoping to “accomplish” through the meeting.
“I want to bring them here, apologies whatever they say,” Asuelu tells him. “And maybe my parents and Kalani’s parents will like, give us the kids, the advice and give us what need to think. Maybe this will help our relationship.”
Kalani and Asuelu get together with their families and things get tense
This week, the families are going to be getting together. Kalani’s mother, Lisa, is seated next to her husband, Low. They appear to be at a restaurant alongside Kalani, Asuelu, and Lesina and Tammy. Things are already off to a rocky start.
Money gets brought up, which just makes an awkward situation that much worse. “Now you’re here in America. So you better give more money for me,” Lesina says to her son at the table.
“So they’re just supposed to fight so that you’re happy?” Kalani’s mother questions.
Tammy replies back to that. “Lisa, why are you asking my mom?” she says.
“Tammy, why are you butting in?” Lisa asks her back.
Things are getting tense between Kalani and Asuelu’s families. How will things resolve themselves? Will everyone walk away happy? Or will the drama continue? We’ll have to see how it all plays out.
