’90 Day Fiancé’: Kalani Is Asked What Asuelu’s ‘Role’ in the House Is During the Tell All, and She Tells It Like It Is
On 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After, it’s been a rollercoaster ride of emotions for Kalani Faagata and Asuelu Pulaa. There has been tons of drama in regards to Asuelu’s family. After they expected $1,000 from Asuelu and they were only offered $100, it caused a lot of chaos, especially for Kalani and Asuelu’s marriage.
After going to therapy and having a meeting between their families, it seemed like they were on the right track. However, things have gone from bad to worse, and the coronavirus (COVID-19) is just increasing the drama.
Kalani’s worried that her husband has been exposing himself to the coronavirus (COVID-19), so she sends him on his way to his mother’s house during quarantine.
Kalani is asked what Asuelu’s ‘role’ in the house is, and she tells it like it is
Despite the news that Kalani sent Asuelu to his mother’s, he’s back by her side for the virtual Tell All. He shows up on-camera as it’s starting, and Kalani helps Asuelu put on his microphone.
During a conversation about Elizabeth Potthast Castravet and Andrei Castravet, the host brings Kalani and Asuelu into matters. Shaun Robinson asks Kalani what Asuelu’s “role” in their house is, and Kalani tells it like it is.
“Um, Asuelu does the outside work, and lately he’s been helping put Kennedy to sleep, and then he’ll do little things here and there…,” Kalani reveals. When asked for more clarity on the “little things,” Kalani reveals that Asuelu “sometimes” does the dishes or cleans the play room. She says it isn’t consistently done, but on occasion.
Kalani says they’re ‘in a really rock place right now’
When the host asks what happened for Asuelu to be back at home, Kalani explains that Asuelu just came back on his own, even though she wanted them to come to a decision about his return together. Asuelu explains that he missed his kids as well as his wife.
Shaun then asks what their “status” is today, and Kalani says that they are “together” and “living together.” However, she admits they aren’t the way the once were when they were first together. “We’re just like in a really rocky place right now,” Kalani explains.
Asuelu admits they argue about him going to play volleyball and his dance practice. He also says he goes to play volleyball every single day except for Sundays during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Kalani details that Asuelu said he would wear a mask, but he sent videos of himself playing without one.
Asuelu says he gets paid as a dance instructor. But Kalani would rather Asuelu “stay home” because the money isn’t worth it considering the people he’s around during the coronavirus (COVID-19).
Asuelu eventually gets up and walks off after Kolini makes some comments after watching footage of Asuelu speaking to his wife and cursing.
“It’s called a conversation,” Kolini says. “Not everything has to be combative. It doesn’t have to get into you calling my sister a f****** b*****. You don’t have to feel attacked every time someone points something out.” Asuelu gets up and leaves, and it isn’t that surprising.
However, Asuelu does eventually return though. We’ll have to wait and see what else goes down on the Tell All in the next episode on Sunday.
