’90 Day Fiance’: Usman Umar Claims Babygirl Lisa Hamme Called Him the N-Word
Babygirl Lisa Hamme and Usman Umar’s relationship on 90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days has rarely been amicable. Either Hamme is screaming at Umar over the women who like his music or angry at him for almost any reason under the sun. Hamme hasn’t exactly been respectful to Umar this season, but new leaked footage from the “Tell All” shows Hamme going even further below the belt than fans would have imagined.
Lisa Hamme and Usman’s relationship
From the time that Hamme and Umar first met, Hamme was skeptical of him.
We met online,” Hamme said in an interview with Without a Crystal Ball. “We met through a mutual friend out of the UK. I knew her, she knew him, and he was looking for a female companion. And I just knew her reputation, I’m like, uh, I don’t know about this…but send him through my filtered messaging, and I’ll see what it’s about.”
She thought that he would be one of the typical “yahoo boys” from Nigeria, who use women for money.
“And when we first met, I’ll be honest with you…I honestly thought, oh, great, another yahoo boy out of Nigeria that’s going to harass me to no end,” she said. “And I gave him the benefit of the doubt because I don’t like that stigma.”
Trouble in paradise
Once Hamme came to Nigeria, there were a number of issues that arose. First, Hamme was angry that Umar wanted to spend so much time with his friends. She also continued to be aggressive about Umar’s fans. Things only got worse when she found out that she needed to retrieve her divorce paperwork in order to get married in Nigeria. She blamed Umar for not finding that information out before she came to the country.
Usman says Hamme called him the N-word
Normally, we have to wait until the “Tell All” premieres to find out how the couples are doing. But now, some of the “Tell All” footage has been released. And in it, a lot of troubling things come out about Hamme.
First, she got into an argument with host Shaun Robinson when Robinson asked why she and Umar continued to block one another on social media.
“If you shut up, I’ll tell you,” Hamme responded.
Things continued to heat up, with Hamme telling Robinson, “if you continue running your mouth, I’m not going to say anything. How’s that?”
But it only got worse from there when Umar brought up something troubling about Hamme.
“The point that I want to bring out is. Please, all the American ladies should tell me about this. Is that how America lady behave?” he asked.
Hamme, seemingly knowing what Umar was going to say, tried to stop him.
“If you start this sh*t again,” she said. “Do not open that can of worms. Do not. Do not start. Let me tell you something. Listen, if you open a can of worms.”
But Umar pressed on.
“Lisa, last week you called me ni—er which I know is totally inappropriate in America. You called me ni—er, I don’t even get angry about it because I am used to how you are behaving.”
The leaked clip did not show how this information was addressed by the rest of the cast.
