How did this fan-favorite couple meet? It all went down in 2013 when Loren traveled to Israel on a Birthright trip that she was staffing. Alexei was the medic of the group, and he’s from Israel. They were married in the United States in 2015 and again for a second time in Israel in 2016.
Loren and Alexei, who are both 32 years old, had a son named Shai in April 14, 2020, and he just celebrated his first birthday. They all reside in Hollywood Beach, Florida, and the family will very soon be four as Loren is pregnant with a son.

Both Loren and Alexei are known to post on their social media, and Loren actually has an incredible amount of followers – 1.2 million to be exact. She recently shared some adorable images on April 29, 2021. The first is a black and white image of her husband kissing her belly while in the hospital sitting up in a bed. Loren wears a hospital gown and a mask on her face with her hair up. She has an IV in her arm, and she holds her stomach. The next is a shot of Loren holding her bare stomach with her hand as she lays in bed with the television on. It appears to be from her first pregnancy as she’s farther along in her pregnancy in the image than she is right now.
The next two shots are from her second pregnancy. She’s lying in bed with the covers up in the black and shit photo. Her son, Shai, lays on his mother’s belly as he looks away from the camera. The final shot, which is also black and white, is Loren and Shai in a cute selfie in her bed. Loren smiles while holding Shai, who has a hand near his face.
Loren captioned the post on Instagram while revealing her pregnancy is halfway over: “Then and now. I’m 1/2 through this pregnancy… Looking back when I was pregnant with Shai vs now, seeing him embrace my belly just warms my heart so much! 🧿💙 #thankfulthursday #teambrovarnik #babybrov #babyboten #boymama.”
