‘90 Day Fiancé’: Mike Lied About Meeting Ximena on an Adult Webcam Site
On 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days, Ximena Morales revealed that Mike Berk had lied about how they met. In an attempt to make her feel bad about working as an adult entertainment webcam model, Mike inadvertently unveiled the truth about how they met.
Mike said he met Ximena on an international dating site
In the premiere episode of 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days Season 5, Mike revealed how he met his then-girlfriend, Ximena. He told cameras, “So since I went 34 years without finding a woman in my local area, I just decide to change my location in a dating application and just switched it over to Colombia.”
He explained, “When I first got the notification that Ximena swiped right, I was just like, ‘Wow, is this really happening?’ I had to pinch myself.”

After Ximena broke up with Mike and called off their engagement, Mike becomes angry and tries to manipulate her by saying she would have been on the streets without him. Ximena calmly replies to Mike, “Just because you paid for my rent, and you helped me, doesn’t mean I’d be on the street. I can work as a model, and that’ll pay for my rent and food.”
Then, Mike tries to shame her by saying, “What kind of modeling job are you going to work for? Are you going to go back to that adult internet job?” Ximena asks him, “And what’s wrong with that?” She reveals, “You met me while I was working.”

So why did Mike lie to his friends, family, and audiences about how he met Ximena? According to Ximena, he didn’t want anyone to know that he met her on an adult entertainment website.
Ximena explains in the episode, “Mike is a little uncomfortable with people knowing I met him through a webcam website, but the truth is that he was always every day he was there.” She reveals, “And one day, he told me, get out of there, and I’ll help you. And from then on, he started helping me.”
