’90 Day Fiance’: Nicole Nafziger and Azan Tefou are Quarantining Together and It’s Not The Least Bit Romantic
Nicole Nafziger and Azan Tefou’s relationship has been baffling to fans of 90 Day Fiance since they appeared on season five of the show. Though Nafziger was completely invested in the relationship with Tefou, the same did not seem to be true the other way around. After their season ended, things were up in the air for Nafziger and Tefou and they spent most of their time apart. Now the two are quarantining together in Morocco.
Nicole and Azan’s relationship
Nafziger and Tefou met on a dating app when she was 21 and he was 23. They began dating long-distance as Nafziger lived in Florida and Tefou was in Agadir, Morocco.
After several seasons on 90 Day Fiance, the two quit the show but remained together.
“Soon it will be four years and it’s crazy how much we’ve been through,” Nafziger wrote in an Instagram post in 2019. “Ups and downs, rumors, tears, fights, love, connection, faith, love. We’ve been through it all. All the time we are getting stronger as a couple and understanding more of each other. Our Journey is longer than others but that doesn’t make it less true to each other. Just means we get stronger along the way. One day we’ll never have to leave each other’s side and it will be amazing. Until then I’ll continue to support you as you support me. I love you.”
Though the two are together, they don’t have plans to get married right now.
“They have no plans for a wedding,” a source told RadarOnline. “He can’t get a visa. She’s talked about going back to Morocco, but she doesn’t have money. She has to save.”
How are Nicole and Azan doing during quarantine?
Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, people around the world are self-quarantining to slow down the spread of the virus. Most countries have closed their borders to foreign travel, so many people are stuck abroad. Nafziger is one of those people. She is quarantining in Morocco with Tefou.
But it doesn’t seem like the two are spending a lot of time getting to know one another.
“This is my quarantine life until I get back to the states,” she captioned a picture of her playing The Sims. “Any Simers out there?”
Before this trip, it had been a while since Nafziger and Tefou were in the same place.
Now, Nafziger plans to stay in Morocco until the travel bans are lifted.
“Sucks everything is closed,” she wrote on her Instagram story. “I am still in Morocco for everyone who wants to know. Not going home just yet but I’m fine. We’re good.”
How does Nicole’s family feel about the relationship?
Fans have always been skeptical of Nafziger and Tefou’s relationship, but apparently Nafziger’s family feels the same way.
“I am always concerned that someone will try and take advantage of one of my children, but I have also said that [Azan] seems like a really nice person,” Nafziger’s mom said, according to InTouch. “I would rather have her here, but she is in charge of her own life. I can only guide her to a better one, the rest is up to her. I love her no matter what. Thank you for your concern! May (Nafziger’s daughter) is doing great!”
