‘90 Day Fiance’: Rose Vega Reveals Why Her Breath Stinks
It’s a sad day for fans of Big Ed Brown and Rose Vega’s relationship (if any such fans exist). On Sunday’s episode of 90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days, Vega and Brown got into a heated argument after Brown told her that he didn’t want to have kids. Though this was a huge ordeal, it was only the most recent in a slew of problems that Brown and Vega have had since he landed in the Philipines. One of the other arguments that really upset fans was when Brown told Vega that her breath stunk. Now, Vega has finally cleared up any bad breath controversy that was going around.
Ed Brown’s demands of Rose
From the moment he got to the Philipines, Brown tried to change Vega. First, he asked her to get an STD test, which in and of itself isn’t the worst thing to ask a partner, but the way he demanded it was a bit intense. Then, he told Vega that she needed to shave her legs. Luckily, the 90 Day Fiance fandom had Vega’s back on this one and came after Brown on social media after watching the awkward scene go down.
“I woke up last Sunday morning and it wasn’t a good morning because all of the haters came out,” he told Us Weekly after seeing how angry people got with him. “I had asked Rose if she would shave her legs, and people were really upset about that. And I was having a conversation with my daughter Tiffany, and she’s like, ‘Dad, look, that’s completely normal. I live in San Diego. Everybody goes to the beach, people laser their legs.’ … So it wasn’t something that I was really used to.”

After a few days in the Philipines, Brown got a gift for Vega. He told the cameras that one of the first things that he noticed about her was her bad breath and that it stunk even in the airport. He told her that her breath wasn’t “pretty” and gave her a new toothbrush, toothpaste, and mouthwash.
Vega was obviously embarrassed to be told that on national television but she accepted the items.
The breakup and the bad breath
Brown eventually tried to be honest with Vega about not wanting kids.
“I should have been more truthful. I apologize. I should’ve said I don’t want more kids, but I wanted to get to know you,” he told her. “I wanted [you] to get to know me to make sure we are compatible.”
But she was done with his lies and his rude comments.
“I know who [you are]. I think,” she responded. “First [you] lied to me about [your] height. Right? Then, you want to give me an STD test right? And about mouthwash, why you tell me? You know I [am] sick, I have [an] ulcer.”
“I’m disappointed because you always embarrassed me,” she continued. “I think [you] don’t love me. I’m done.”
Are Big Ed and Rose together now?
Though the two broke up on the show, the season isn’t over. So, there is still plenty of time for them to make up. Vega has been calling Brown out on social media lately, though, so things don’t exactly look great for the two or their future together.
