’90 Day Fiancé’: Rose Vega’s Dramatic New Look Sparks Plastic Surgery Rumors

The 90 Day Fiancé star hasn’t made many headlines following her split from her co-star Big Ed Brown. However, she continues to keep fans in the know through her social media, where she offers life updates, announcements, and photos to nearly 600,000 followers.
Recently, Vega got people talking with a photo showing her with a more dramatic look. While many might argue that it is simply the result of makeup, others have wondered if the TV star went under the knife to alter her look.
Amid plastic surgery rumors, The Blast spoke with a surgeon who accessed Vega’s look and offered up some thoughts on how she might have achieved it.

According to the entertainment website TV Shows Ace, fans began to ask questions after Vega switched her Instagram profile photo, where “her appearance is more mature” and her eyes appear to look different.
Fans apparently took to the comment section of her page and began inquiring about whether she got plastic surgery. It doesn’t appear that Rose has addressed any of the questions. However, she has limited her comments, though it’s unclear if she did it before or after the surgery speculation.
Did Rose Vega get plastic surgery?
As the surgery speculation swirled, The Blast interviewed plastic surgeon, Dr. Frank Agullo — also known as Dr. Worldwide — to get Agullo’s take. Agullo has not worked with Rose but speculated in an interview published on Aug. 7 that Rose could have gotten work done.
“She may have used fillers to soften her jawline and to smooth her undereyes,” the doctor told the outlet. “She most likely used Botox to soften her expression lines and decrease the width of her masseter muscles. Tempting to say she may have had a rhinoplasty to narrow the tip.”
Dr. Pam Agullo agreed that the 90 Day Fiancé star looked different, adding: “Rosemarie certainly looks more mature.” But unlike Agullo, Pam didn’t seem to think Rose’s look was the result of plastic surgery. “I think most of the change comes from makeup and fuller brows possibly from microblading,” Pam continued.
From the looks of it, we would agree that the change seems to be the result of makeup. But either way, her fans appear to be loving her look.
One of Rose’s recent posts (seen above) has amassed over 20,000 likes, with fans and celebrities alike gushing over it. “My pretty girl!! ❤️❤️” wrote Christine Quinn of Netflix’s Selling Sunset as another person called her “the cutest girl.”
