‘90 Day Fiancé’ Season 8: Get Ready for a New Season — Fans React To the Trailer
The time has finally come: There is a brand-new season coming of 90 Day Fiancé, and it involves some new and previous couples from the past. There’s even a new trailer to tide fans over for the highly anticipated new season. Season 8 will premiere on Sunday, December 6 at 8 p.m. E.S.T. That means there isn’t a lot of time left to wait before the first episode premieres.
New and previous couples will be a part of ’90 Day Fiancé’ season 8
The new season was announced on the official social media channels for the show, along with a new trailer. Tarik and Hazel, from season 3 of 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days, will be back. Rebecca and Zied, who are also from season 3 of Before the 90 Days, will return for the new season. They’re joined by Mike and Natalie from the original 90 Day Fiancé season 7 as well.
There are new couples in the mix too, including Brandon and Julia, Andrew and Amira, Jovi and Yara, and Stephanie and Ryan. It seems like the perfect combination of new and old faces that we’ve come to know and love.
There’s a new trailer
The trailer begins with Mike and Natalie drinking champagne and looking excited. But in another moment, Natalie is tearful as she reveals that she needs to leave as she’s “illegal here.” She calls Mike a “monster.” It looks like there’s more drama to come from these two.
Fans will also see Tarik, all dressed up in a blue suit, waiting for Hazel’s arrival to the U.S. “There she is,” he says. He tells the cameras while by her side that he’s “excited” and “pumped.” He also mentions that Hazel doesn’t have to leave, as she’s in the U.S. on the K-1 visa now. He even appears to tear up a little bit when he sees her while holding a bouquet of flowers. Fans also learn in the trailer that Hazel is bisexual, and she’s looking forward to having a girlfriend now that she’s in the United States.
Rebecca puts a temporary sleeve tattoo on Zied and says, “Welcome to America.” And Zied seems pleased by the look. They fight in the trailer when Rebecca questions if Zied will not stay with her if they don’t get married before Ramadan. “No,” he says.
We also get a look at our new couples as well. Brandon and Julia get naked, and Brandon goes skinny dipping in a hot tub. In another moment, they also take a pregnancy test, and it seems like a stressful situation for them.
Jovi and Yara fight over Jovi’s alcohol consumption. “You’re f****** drinking whiskey already,” Yara says to him. “8:50 in the morning. You’re alcoholic.” Jovi tells her to “Shut up.”
Stephanie says she has “turned into a sugar mama,” after we see a scene of her asking Ryan how many watches she should bring.
Amira gets an ultimatum from Andrew in another scene of the last couple. But later on in a heated moment, Andrew reveals that Amira “is stuck in a detention center.”
Fans react to the trailer
As can be expected, fans are going wild for the new trailer for season 8 of the series. On Instagram, fans seem to be excited about this new season and what it will bring.
A lot of fans seem pretty psyched for this new venture. “F****** finally!!! Only took 6 years Lol,” a fan joked.
“Hazel and Tarik just shopping for a girlfriend,” another fan commented.
People seem genuinely excited about this new season, especially with the faces we already know. “Oooo I’m so excited. I love several of these couples!!” a fan said.
But one fan isn’t sure they can “watch another season” of the show. “Oh jeeze. I don’t know if I have it in me to watch another season,” they admitted.
“New couples, new dramas, fake tears…that’s how we like it 😏,” a fan joked.
Another describes it as the “best show” on television. “Actually the best show on TV!” they said.
A fan on Instagram is hopeful for this new season. “Yasss!!! Finally! Now this looks like a good season. About time 😃🎉,” they wrote.
“Yassss!!!! So excited to see the new couples. Can’t wait for it!” said yet another.
Fans seem to be on board for season 8 of 90 Day Fiancé. Luckily, they don’t have much longer to wait.
