Biniyam and Ariela were spotted filming in New York City
On July 23, 2021, a 90 Day Fiancé fan spotted Biniyam Shibre with his wife, Ariela Weinberg, and their son, Avi, in New York City. The fan wrote about the encounter on Reddit.
They wrote, “Okay y’all, I was just ordering some takeout from a restaurant here in downtown Manhattan, and someone told me the upstairs is closed off because they’re filming some reality show.”
The fan continued, “Well anyway, fast forward to me waiting around like a total goon to find out who it is, and I see Biniyam walk downstairs and right by me!”
They then added some interesting information, “Someone at the restaurant told me that he and Arielle are staying here indefinitely and are considering moving here, but they were talking about how they don’t have jobs.”
According to the timeline, the fan must have spotted the couple as they were wrapping up filming for 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way Season 3 tell-all. And they likely were in the middle of filming season 9 of 90 Day Fiancé, considering their wedding was in December 2021.

Another fan spotted the 90 Day Fiancé couple but was trying to figure out where exactly he’s living now. They wrote via the 90 Day Fiancé Reddit page.
They wrote: “Y’all. Do we know if Bini and Ari are still living in Princeton, New Jersey? I am about 95% sure I just saw Bini working out at my gym in Princeton, to the point that I am thinking about being a creep and trying to snap a photo.”
The fan also revealed that through Bini’s PO box address, they’ve deduced it’s “in Plainsboro, which is 5 mins from this gym.”
Then later, the fan gave an update, confirming that he’s living in Princeton. They wrote: “Hey Y’all! It turns out it really was him, [I} can confirm he is living in Princeton — nice guy, and VERY fit hahaha.”
Ariela lives in Princeton, New Jersey
As many 90 Day Fiancé fans know, Ariela’s family is from Princeton, New Jersey. It comes as no surprise that Ariela moved there to be near them. She’s expressed in The Other Way Season 3 that she would want to live near her parents so they could be active in their son, Avi’s life.
However, in the 90 Day Fiancé Season 9 trailer, Ariela is filming Biniyam doing tricks in a subway car in New York City. Perhaps they spent some time in New York City before deciding to move closer to family in Princeton?
Also, according to Biniyam and Ariela’s Instagram posts, they are spending a lot of time with family. Their social media use only strengthens that they likely live in Princeton.
Either way, fans are excited to see this couple together, happy, and thriving. So far, Ariela and Biiniyam have lived in many places worldwide together, including Biniyam’s home country, Ethiopia, and Kenya. So as adventurous as this couple is, perhaps New Jersey will just be another stop for them.
