’90 Day Fiancé’ Star Jess Caroline Claims She Lost Her Job Because of Colt Johnson
Jess Caroline and Colt Johnson finally broke up on the latest episode of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?. And since then, Jess has been opening up about how Colt treated her. In a recent social media post, the reality star claimed that she lost her job due to Colt’s behavior.

Early this season on 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?, when Colt introduced Jess as his girlfriend, he revealed that she worked in Chicago as a nanny. She came to the United States on an Au Pair J-1 visa, and when Colt went to meet her in Chicago, she only had six months left before her visa expired.
On the show, Jess suggested that she could extend her stay in the United States by applying for a student visa. She also hinted that she could apply for a K-1 fiance visa if she and Colt ever got engaged.
But, as the season unfolded, Jess and Colt’s relationship started falling apart. Colt repeatedly lied to Jess about his friend, Vanessa Guerra. And she ultimately dumped him after discovering Vanessa moved in with him, and that he had sent photos of himself to other women while they were together.
Jessica claimed that Colt sent her nude pictures without consent
In April 2020, Jess took to social media to accuse Colt of sending her nude photos to his friends without consent. In an Instagram story, she revealed that she received a message from a man who claimed Colt sent him the pics.
Then, in August 2020, Jess and Colt’s ex-wife Larissa Dos Santos Lima, both accused Colt of sending out their nude pictures without consent. And they also slammed him for using their images on his OnlyFans page.
“This is what a passive-aggressive b*tch does,” Jess wrote in an Instagram story. “First, he sent out my nudes, and now he is using my face on his ridiculous Onlyfans account.
“I did not authorize him to use in any degree my photos or images on his Onlyfans accounts,” Larissa wrote in her own Instagram story. “The show was filmed a while ago, and he sent my nudes to his girlfriend, that sent to her husband, so this is a felony here in the United States.”
The ’90 Day Fiancé’ star says she lost her job because of Colt
In a recent Instagram post, Jess cleared the air about her relationship with Colt. The 90 Day Fiancé star called him manipulative and abusive. And she claimed that while he lied to her, he blamed her, and made her doubt herself.
“My relationship was extremely abusive, I couldn’t recognize myself anymore! ” Jess wrote. “I lost my identity, cried a lot, was unhappy and started to question whether I was crazy like he said so many times. Every day I went to sleep sad and woke up sad. He denied all of the lies and made me believe I was out of my mind, played tricks on me, said he loved me in a minute and hated me and called me a whore in the other.”
Jess also claimed that Colt’s behavior was what ultimately made her lose her job. She didn’t clarify whether this was the Chicago Au Pair job or not. But she said that it was a result of him sending her nude photos out.
“His demeanor was extremely passive-aggressive and bipolar,” Jess continued. “Then, to destroy my reputation and self-esteem, [he] leaked my private pictures, I trusted him with, sent it to friends, and made me lose my job! Once again, trying to destroy my life.”
The reality star ended the post by revealing she went into a “deep depression” and is still undergoing therapy to “get back” to her “happy old self.” It’s not clear if Jess was able to land another au pair job or not, but she revealed that she did finally find happiness.
“Never let a man tell you who you are,” she added, as a message to her female followers. “The fight is big and the results are slow, but you will find happiness like I did. Nothing is worth your stress! Trust your girlfriends and never settle for a man that doesn’t make you feel like the best person alive.”
