’90 Day Fiance’ Star Nicole Nafziger Lands New Job, Still Unmarried
90 Day Fiancé stars Nicole Nafziger and Azan Tefou are, without a doubt, one of the most controversial couples on the show. Two failed attempts at marriage later, fans are wondering if the two will ever get married. Add to that the many rumors swirling regarding Tefou’s true intentions and feelings for Nafziger, and fans have begun to wonder if their relationship is based on actual romance.
Now, following a bizarre ruse in which Nafziger claimed she sent Tefou $6,000, it seems Nafziger has a job again. But does that mean she’ll be sending Tefou cash?
Two failed weddings and a canceled trip
While the 90 Day Fiancé stars have been engaged for years now, two failed marriage attempts has fans wondering if they’re ever going to actually tie the knot. Their first marriage attempt failed when Nafziger didn’t acquire the proper paperwork to get married in Morocco.
Their second marriage also flopped, but this time it was because of money and time, according to Nafziger. Nafziger frequently hosts Instagram Q&As during which she answers fan questions. During one such Q&A, a fan asked her what went down with the second wedding.
Nafziger wrote back, “Too much pressure not enough time or money. You can’t rush this kind of stuff. Do it in the right moment and it wasn’t the right moment yet.”
The $6,000 Nafziger ‘sent’
After these two marriage failures, 90 Day Fiancé fans began to worry about the state of Nafziger and Tefou’s marriage. Nafziger admitted in the past that she occasionally sends Tefou money, and fans began to wonder if she was perhaps being played.
Concerns grew when Nafizger announced that she and Tefou were planning on starting a beauty shop together in Morocco. Fans were wondering if this was an instance of Tefou taking advantage of Nafziger especially when she announced that she sent Tefou $6,000 as seed money for the shop.
When Nafziger’s sister expressed concern over the move, she replied, “We decided to just like, start a shop or something to get like, an income and then kinda get married.”
The truth came out eventually, however. Nafziger revealed that there was never any storefront to begin with. “Even though I told my mom that we were talking about opening a store, we never winded up going through with it. There is no store,” said Nafziger.
Nafziger lands a new job
Now, the 90 Day Fiancé star is making her own cash again after finding a new job. An inside source told InTouch that, “Nicole recently started a job working as a barista at a local Starbucks.”
They went on to add, “Her family hopes that having a job will help her fend for herself and really mature as an adult and a mother.” It’s worth noting that Nafziger’s family has frequently expressed their doubts over Nafziger’s relationship with Tefou.
The source added, “Nicole moved out of her mom’s house and is now living in her own apartment with May.” It sounds as if Nafziger is getting ready to put down roots — which could be bad news for Tefou if he’s unwilling to commit soon.
