’90 Day Fiancé’: Syngin Colchester Shares Must-See Throwback Photos in Mother’s Day Post
There are many popular couples in the 90 Day Fiancé franchise, and one of them is certainly Syngin Colchester and Tania Maduro. They’ve made quite an impression on fans, especially in their appearance in 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After.
Mother’s Day was on May 9, 2021, and Syngin shared some truly sweet and memorable throwback photos for the occasion.

The famous couple has made many memorable appearances in the franchise, including in season 7 of the original 90 Day Fiancé. They’ve also been in season 5 of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After, as well as in HEA Strikes Back and discovery+ exclusives, including 90 Day Diaries, 90 Day Fiancé: Love Games, 90 Day Bares All, and 90 Day Lovers’ Collection. Syngin and Tania will also be in a new spinoff on discovery+ called 90 Day: Foody Call, premiering on Saturday, May 29, 2021.
How did Syngin Colchester and Tania Maduro meet?
But how did Syngin and Tania actually meet? Tania flew to South Africa, where Syngin is from, to be with another man that she met on a dating app. The guy was flying to South Africa the next day, and he bought Tania a ticket. She went there, but she said on 90 Day Fiancé, “he was actually not a good guy.”
Tania left and went to a bar, and it’s there that she met Syngin while he was bartending. She went back to his place that night, and she ended up staying with him for almost two months. Syngin then came to the United States on the K-1 visa, and they were married in season 7 of 90 Day Fiancé. The couple currently lives in Connecticut together.

On Mother’s Day, Syngin took the time to share a rather meaningful post. There are a number of throwback photos that fans will surely appreciate. In the first, a woman, possibly Syngin’s mother, Charmain, holds a baby, which could be Syngin, in front of the ocean waves. The mother wears a white dress as she holds her child.
In the next image, it’s a family photo of a woman, possibly Charmain, with her two kids. It’s unclear if the children are Syngin, his sister Charys, or his brother Dylan. In the next image, Syngin as a child stands with his grandmother, who has a hand on him as she holds up some flowers with a smile on her face. The next photo is Syngin with his siblings as they sit on a bed with their grandmother. There’s also a sweet image of Syngin standing with his grandmother as he smiles. Even more photos were shared, which can be seen on Instagram.
Syngin captioned the post on Instagram: “Happy Mother’s Day to my mom and my granny and to all the moms out there you are wonderful. My granny is not hear anymore but she is always in our hearts..❤❤.”
He continued, “Remember that women are very powerful.. They give life and love and there can be no other love like a mother’s love..so go give your mom a kiss and a hug or a call If she is far away and let her know you appreciate and love her (even if you don’t always see eye to eye). It’s your mom the only 1 you have.
“Plus you are multitasking queens hahaha..,” he added. “Mothers can do it all🦸♀️🦸♀️🦸♀️. Much love to all the mothers out there you are awesome 💝💝💝.”
