’90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way’: Brittany Gets Into Explosive Fight With Yazan on Her Way to Jordan
Yazan and Brittany have been at odds ever since Brittany returned to the United States to sort out her divorce. And as seen recently on 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way, the couple got into a heated argument while Brittany was on her way to catch a flight to Jordan.
Brittany left Yazan to finalize her divorce
Earlier this season on 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way, Brittany abruptly left Jordan after learning she had to appear in court to finalize her divorce. She lept Yazan in the dark about the reason for the trip and told him she was going to visit her sister’s newborn in Chicago.
“I’m not completely lying to Yazan,” Brittany said in a confessional. “I’m just not telling him the full truth of why I’m going to Chicago. Long before I met the divorce lawyer in Florida, I was living with my mom for several months in Chicago and I filed for divorce there. I never heard anything back, so I just thought nothing came of it. Then all of a sudden, the other day I got an email saying that I have a court date to settle my divorce. I’m just so nervous. I just hope everything works out.”
The ’90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way’ couple has been fighting since Brittany left Jordan
In a recent episode of 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way, Brittany revealed that her divorce had been finalized. “I flew back to Chicago last week, and the judge signed off on my paperwork, and I am officially divorced,” she told producers.
But while she was in America, her relationship with Yazan strained. She said he was putting pressure on her to get married and convert.
“Yazan is constantly flip-flopping on his expectations of me,” Brittany claimed. “I never know what I’m going to get with him. He’s like hot and cold, and it’s super confusing.”
But Yazan didn’t have it easy. He was kicked out of his house and fired from his job at the family business. And after being left homeless and unemployed, Yazan’s father threatened to kill him.
All the while, he felt pressure from Brittany to get a job and provide for her. “During our last conversation, she told me some things that were very disturbing,” Yazan told his friend, Mohammed. “It turns out it was about money.”
“She told me, when she comes here, I pay for her plane ticket and travel expenses,” he continued. “That’s what’s required of me.”
He also suggested that Brittany didn’t care when he told her he had no money to eat. “I felt like she is living in another world or that she doesn’t care about me at all,” Yazan added. “There is no care at all. If she’s really saying she loves me, she’s supposed to understand what I’m going through.”
On her way to the airport, Brittany gets into a heated argument with Yazan
Despite her issues with Yazan, Brittany decided to go back to Jordan. As seen recently on 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way, she kissed her dad and dog goodbye and headed to the airport in a taxi. But on her way, she got a message from Yazan about a car that he crashed.
Yazan insisted he bought an expensive car for Brittany to keep up appearances with her friends. But Brittany pushed back, claiming she knew nothing about it.
“He went ahead and got a car anyway,” Brittany told producers, after revealing she told Yazan they could take a taxi around Jordan if he were car-less. “And now he’s trying to blame me for the fact that he got a car and then crashed it.”
Then in a phone call, Yazan and Brittany got into a heated argument about who does more for the other. Yazan claimed that he was sacrificing a lot for Brittany. And she insisted she was the one giving up everything by moving to Jordan.
As seen in a sneak peek, Brittany does end up flying to Jordan. Fans will get to see how things pan out as the season continues.
