Two couples return for the new season of ‘90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way’
Two familiar couples are back for the new season of 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way.
Shekinah and Sarper made their 90 Day debut in season 5 of The Other Way, which aired in 2023. Shekinah, an esthetician from California, fell for Sarper, a playboy personal trainer, during a trip to Turkey. Now, she’s planning to move to Turkey to be with her “reformed bad boy” partner. But will his messy past threaten their future? Shekinah is determined to make her relationship work, even if it means getting a nose job so that Sarper finds her more attractive – and giving him final say over her new look.
“I am the one who will look at [it] every morning, every night,” he says in a trailer for the new season. “So, let me choose.”
Also returning to TV are Statler and Dempsey from 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days. Statler, who is from the U.S., met Dempsey, who is from England, on a dating app. Now, she’s leaving America behind to embrace European van life with her girlfriend. But the change might have been too much, too soon, leading to conflicts for the pair.
“Maybe we just don’t get each other, full stop,” a frustrated Dempsey tells Statler in the trailer.
