Unfortunately, they were unable to see eye-to-eye, and split. Darcey Silva recently revealed that during their relationship, she helped bankroll Tom Brooks from time to time. Now, Tom Brooks seems to be asking Silva for money and gifts back.

Tom Brooks and Darcey Silva are officially done. For longtime fans of 90 Day Fiancé, this might not be a major surprise. Fans have speculated that the two ended their relationship some time ago, based on their social media interactions.
Silva and Brooks got together to discuss relationship troubles they’d been having. Silva was upset because Brooks was caught with another woman. She wanted more information, but Brooks was evasive.
Brooks, meanwhile, felt that Silva wouldn’t allow him to get a word in edgewise. He also felt frustrated by Silva’s hangups with her ex, Jesse Meester. Things came to a head when Silva shut down Brooks’ suggestion that the two remain friends.

Darcey Silva now seems to be claiming that she helped bankroll her 90 Day Fiancé partner on several occasions.
Soap Dirt reports that Silva dished on her spending habits with Tom Brooks in the leaked tell-all footage. According to the publication, Silva claims she spent upwards of $2,000 on Brooks. This allegedly includes dining out, travel, and even a gift for Brooks’ own mother.
Some fans of the show may find this easy to believe, given Brooks’ history with faking a luxury lifestyle. The 90 Day Fiancé star was caught utilizing others’ Instagram photos in order to create the illusion of a life of luxury.
Tom Brooks wants his money back
While Darcey Silva is claiming that she bankrolled Tom Brooks, it seems Brooks thinks otherwise. In a now-deleted post to his Instagram story, Brooks appeared to be asking Silva for compensation.
90 Day Fiancé blogger John Yates screencapped the post before it was taken down. The post itself featured the text, “It’s not the lie that bothers me. It’s the insult to my intelligence that I find offensive.”
Over the text, Brooks wrote several hashtags. These included, “#projection, #shehadanaffair, #shelied, #alcoholism, #ondaddysallowence [sic], #shouldiaskfortherecipe, #yourloverleakedthenews.”
Brooks added the captions, “Can I have the things I bought you and the money for the cancelled trip think you owe me [sic].” He also wrote, “Tired of people lying to cover their own arse.”
Fans who commented on Yates’ post were quick to roast Brooks. One user wrote, “What kind of man asks for things they bought for someone they once were with returned? That’s so pathetic.”
“He’s knows it’s the end of the rope for him and he’s desperately trying to hold on. No one cares Tom. We love Darcey regardless!” wrote another.
