’90 Day Fiancé’: Tom Brooks Spotted With TLC Cameras — Is He Engaged Again?
90 Day Fiancé fans can’t seem to get enough of Tom Brooks. After appearing in two seasons of Before the 90 Days – as well as Self-Quarantine and B90 Strikes Back – it looks like the Brit is filming another show in the franchise. Has he captured the heart of a third American woman?
Tom Brooks claims he never wanted to appear on ’90 Day Fiancé’
According to Nicki Swift, Tom never wanted to be on 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days. As fans know he originally appeared in season 3 with Darcey Silva. But, their relationship didn’t last.
Tom appeared on The Domenick Nati Show in June 2020 and said that he “never wanted to be on the show.” He says that Darcey – who was previously on the TLC series with Jesse Meester – asked him repeatedly to be on 90 Day Fiancé.
Tom said he kept telling her no for months. But, that all changed when he agreed to do an interview one night while intoxicated.
“I got so drunk on a Friday night and I rang her and we were talking. And I think that was my audition but I don’t remember much of it,” he said. “Then the second time again, it was another Friday night and I was drunk… And the next thing I know I’ve been accepted on the show.”
Darcey Silva has her own spinoff with twin sister Stacey
One of the biggest problems in Darcey and Tom’s relationship was his unwillingness to commit. However, the couple’s most cringeworthy moment came during their breakup when Tom told Darcey he loved her like a sister. Then he asked her if she had gained weight while shooting 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days.
According to The Blast, he claimed the comment was “taken out of context” and edited to “create drama.” But, it should be noted that the conversation took place when Darcey confronted him about cheating on her with another woman.
Darcey now has her own 90 Day Fiancé spinoff with her twin sister Stacey titled Darcey & Stacey. In the premiere episode, Stacey secretly met with Tom. He was supposedly there to give one final apology.
Stacey didn’t tell Darcey about the meeting right away because she didn’t want to “bring up a can of worms.” She told Hollywood Life that her sister has moved on, and she is happy and at peace with starting a new life.
Tom Brooks spotted shooting with ’90 Day Fiancé’ cameras
According to Soap Dirt, Tom was recently spotted with 90 Day Fiancé cameras. But, this time he isn’t shooting with Darcey or the girl he left her for, Amanda McAdams. Tom reportedly dumped Amanda, even though they appeared to be happy together.
Tom and Amanda were together when the pandemic hit back in March. They quarantined together for weeks. But, then something went wrong. Tom told Amanda he had to go back to the UK because his parents weren’t in good health. That appears to be the end of Tom and Amanda’s relationship.
Tom and his sister Emma Jayne Brooks are expected to appear on Pillow Talk soon. But, the latest camera crew indicates that Tom is going to appear on one of TLC’s new dating shows. Fans will have to wait for an announcement from the network to find out for sure.
