’90 Day Fiancé’: Usman Umar Leaks Threatening Text Messages From Babygirl Lisa Hamme

It’s been a wild ride watching Babygirl Lisa Hamme and Usman Umar’s relationship on 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days, but the rollercoaster has finally come to the end of the tracks. And it’s not just because the season ended. Recently, Hamme went on a rant about how Umar just used her for fame. Now, Umar is clapping back and revealing some interesting text messages between him and his wife.

What happened between Lisa Hamme and Usman Umar?

Hamme and Umar met online after they were introduced by a mutual friend. Hamme was initially concerned that Umar was just trying to scam her but she still gave him the benefit of the doubt.

“I was 49 and Usman was 29 when we first met,” she said in an interview with Without a Crystal Ball. “And when we first met, I’ll be honest with you…I honestly thought, oh, great, another yahoo boy out of Nigeria that’s going to harass me to no end. And I gave him the benefit of the doubt because I don’t like that stigma.”

Despite her reservations and the two almost never seeing eye-to-eye, Hamme and Umar got married in Nigeria.

The breakup

A lot has come out about Umar and Hamme since the show began airing. Now, Hamme, who believed that Umar was really in it for love, has revealed that she and Umar are no longer together.

“He used me. He married me just to be on a TV show that people would recognize his name to sell his music,” Hamme said during an Instagram Live. “I tried to work with him, his brothers tried to work with him. He thinks it’s just him, he thinks he’s going to do what he wants and he’s never going to apologize for anything he’s ever said bad about me. He’s posing as what you call a romance scam, which is very illegal in Nigeria. It puts that stigma back onto Nigeria again and that’s what I didn’t want to do.”

One of the final straws between Hamme and Umar was when he claimed that he only married Hamme to prevent her from hurting herself.

“I’ve been the good Hausa Muslim wife here in the United States,” Hamme continued. “I’ll be married a year [on] August 29, but after hearing the garbage coming out of SojaBoy’s mouth saying that I tried to hang myself and commit suicide? Big f–k up, SojaBoy. Big f–k up.”

Hamme may be done with the relationship, but that doesn’t mean she’s through harassing Umar.

After going live on Instagram and revealing the breakup, she messaged him.

“I am your wife,” she wrote in the messages leaked by Umar. “Contrary to the bullsh*t lies coming out of your mouth. I’m not being mean to you. But I’m telling you the facts. Apparently you don’t know what I did last night my husband.”

But Umar already knew that she had gone on Instagram live.

“I had lots messages coming to me about you,” he replied.

“I bet you do,” she said.

Umar was unphased by Hamme’s video.

“I even watched it but Lisa I am OK. If am wrong I will see it,” he wrote.

But Hamme wasn’t letting him get off that easily.

“I warned you,” she threatened. “You will see.”
