’90 Day Fiancé’: Usman Umar Said Something at the ‘Tell-All’ That Proves He Wasn’t Using Lisa Hamme to Come to America
Usman Umar and Babygirl Lisa Hamme have broken up since they filmed the 90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days “Tell-All.” Lisa says that Usman was scamming her to boost his music career.

“To everyone listening here, it’s very apparent that I am a victim of a romance scam. My husband has used TLC, his family, his friends, people around the world. And I’m going to apologize to everyone here. I did not know that my husband, Sojaboy, was that desperate to become a singer that he would use me and his family and friends. And TLC, the show,” claimed Lisa in an Instagram Live video with her promoter.
She continued: “He blocked me on all platforms so I don’t know what’s going on and that’s the sad part because everyone comes and tells me what’s going on. … I cannot believe Sojaboy is gonna try and come off as a saint. This man had nothing when I met him, nothing.”
In an interview Usman did with The Domenick Nati Show on May 31, he denied the accusation that he was using Lisa. The Nigerian rapper says that he and Lisa were together for two years before filming 90 Day Fiancé, so he didn’t get together with her just to be featured on the show. Furthermore, he told Nati that Lisa doesn’t make enough money to scam.
“If she said I used her for the show or for anything, that is her opinion. But I’ve been with her before the show for two years. … So if she says I used her for the show, if she says I scammed her, I don’t see what I scammed about Lisa. If really I’m a scammer, I shouldn’t go for someone like this, I should go for someone who is rich,” he said.
What Usman said during the ‘Tell-All’ about his relationship with Lisa
Usman has also been accused of using Lisa to come to America. But in the “Tell-All,” he said that he wasn’t planning on moving to the states to be with Lisa. When asked if she would be moving to Nigeria, Lisa said that it was a private matter between her and her husband.
Usman also said during the “Tell-All” that he loved Lisa and that he was going to be with her forever, so long as she didn’t interfere with his music career.
Today, Lisa and Usman are still not together, but some 90 Day Fiancé fans feel that’s probably for the best.
