On 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days Season 4, Geoffrey met Varya on an international dating website for American men to meet Russian women. After a few months of talking online, the Tennesee native decided to meet Varya for the first time in Russia. Their initial meeting started very rockily. Despite dealing with initial awkwardness, a fight that showed off Geoffrey’s anger and jealousy, they continued to get to know each other. At the end of the trip, Geoffrey asks Varya to marry him. But she didn’t feel ready to commit after only a few weeks together.
After Varya rejected his proposal, Geoffrey broke up with her and headed back to America, leaving Varya heartbroken. After receiving a visitor’s visa for the US, Varya decided to surprise Geoffrey by flying to Tennessee to see him. However, unbeknownst to her, Geoffrey had already moved on with his old flame, Mary. After some fighting, Geoffrey and Varya got engaged. After fans found out about Geoffrey’s criminal past and then-pending charges, they boycotted Geoffrey and Varya. The couple wasn’t featured on the Tell-All episode, leaving the status of their relationship unknown.

After a year and a half since the show ended, fans have been wondering if Geoffrey and Varya managed to stay together. Many clues led fans to believe that the couple was still an item. Varya finally confirmed her relationship with Geoffrey in an Instagram post. The former 90 Day Fiancé cast member posted a slideshow of videos and photos of her and Geoffrey to the song ‘Arcade’ by Duncan Laurence. Check out the post below:
Varya captioned the video, “For the past 2.5 years, we have had so many ups and downs. In our relationship, there were times of love and disappointment, cowardice and heroism, betrayal and forgiveness. But there wasn’t ever a place for indifference.” In the rest of the caption, Varya asks fans to donate to her fundraiser to give “Geoffrey an opportunity to clear his name.”
Geoffrey is found guilty of domestic abuse of his ex-girlfriend
October 7th was the 2nd day of Geoffrey’s trial for abusing his ex-fiancé, Kristen Wilson. She recalled the night of June 9th, 2019, where she claimed Geoffrey repeatedly bashed her face into the steps and walls. She recalled Geoffrey dragging her up and down the stairs, which resulted in many injuries to her body and face. There were shocking photos of Kristen’s injuries shown as evidence. The photo shows Kristen with two black eyes, a large knot on her head, scrapes all over her face and body, and a bruised spine.
After the abuse, Geoffrey kept Kristen trapped in a room, keeping her phone from her. Geoffrey took the stand in his defense, claiming Kristen’s injuries were self-inflicted. Despite his counter-claims, he was found guilty on all counts: aggravated kidnapping, domestic violence, and interference of an emergency call. Geoffrey is facing 8 to 30 years of jail time. The former 90 Day Fiancé star is currently awaiting his sentencing on December 3rd, 2021.
90 Day Fiancé fans aren’t shocked by the news that Varya and Geoffrey are still together, as many clues pointed to it. What is more shocking is that Varya uses her and Geoffrey’s photos to garner sympathy to raise money for Geoffrey’s legal fees.
