’90 Day Fiancé’: Varya Malina Reveals She’s in America, Is She Back With Geoffrey Paschel?
Varya Malina and Geoffrey Paschel had one of the most interesting storylines on the last season of 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days. First, they were together, then they broke up, then Paschel got with someone else and Malina flew to America to win him back. The two ended the season engaged, but since then fans have been unsure of their relationship status. Now, Malina is back in America. Could this mean that she is back with Paschel?
Varya and Geoffrey’s relationship
When Paschel went to Russia, he revealed to Malina that he had some run-ins with the law in the past. Later, when he proposed, Malina said that she wasn’t quite ready for an engagement. Paschel took this as rejection and assumed that the relationship was over.
“The best thing for me to do is just ignore it and try to move on with my life,” he told the cameras. “I feel like she’s messing with my heart.”
He then left Russia and connected with his old friend Mary. The two quickly started a relationship.
“I want to find happiness and I want somebody to find that happiness with me,” he told the cameras. “I really do see a future with Mary so I’m hoping the closer I get with her, I’ll naturally start forgetting these feelings I had with Varya.”
Not wanting to let the relationship end, Malina flew to America to clear things up with Paschel. She didn’t inform Paschel that she was coming.
“This was a complete surprise 100%,” Paschel said on the The Domenick Nati Show of seeing Malina at his door. “I hear people say this is so staged, this is so fake. I was caught in the moment. You saw my sh*t eating grin. I didn’t know what to do.
“The doorbell rang and I assumed it was production because they were going to come over and film some b-roll,” he said. “They had no idea Mary was there. They had 0 idea. So there was no communication to that because they were tending to Varya you know bringing Varya out and filming Varya.”
The two ended up getting back together and Paschel proposed to Malina before she headed back to Russia. This time she said yes.
Are Geoffrey and Varya back together?
Amid the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, international travel has almost come to a complete halt. There are a few exceptions, but the U.S.A has been closed to most foreign passport holders for months. Malina recently posted a picture of herself at a sweets shop with the caption “I’m falling in love with America more and more.” As all of the labels on the food were written in English, fans assumed that this meant that Malina was back in America.
When she posted the photo, people immediately began commenting about Paschel. The last time that fans saw Malina in America was when she went to visit Paschel. As the U.S. is not allowing many foreign visitors in right now, she may have used a K-1 fiancé visa in order to get into the country, which would mean she and Paschel were still planning to move forward with their marriage.
