’90 Day Fiancé’: Could Geoffrey Paschel’s Recent Video of Varya Malina Prove They Are Still Together?
Whenever a new season of 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days starts, fans immediately want to know if the couples are still together. Most of the time, viewers find out this information at the tell-all reunion special. But in Geoffrey Paschel and Varya Malina’s case, it didn’t quite work out like that as the two were not invited back. Malina and Paschel had one of the rockiest relationships this season. They went from dating to breaking up to getting engaged and no one really knows where they stand now. But a new video of Malina might give fans a clue about their status.
What happened between Geoffrey and Varya?
When Paschel went to Russia, he planned to leave engaged to Malina. Unfortunately, Malina wasn’t as sure as he was. When he told her that he had been to jail in the past, Malina needed to think about their relationship. Instead of giving her time, Paschel proposed. Malina turned him down, saying she wasn’t ready yet.
Paschel took that as the end of their relationship.
“The best thing for me to do is just ignore it and try to move on with my life,” he told the cameras. “I feel like she’s messing with my heart.”
He then went back to America and started dating his old friend.
“I want to find happiness and I want somebody to find that happiness with me,” he said in a confessional. “I really do see a future with Mary so I’m hoping the closer I get with her, I’ll naturally start forgetting these feelings I had with Varya.”
Varya and Geoffrey get engaged
Unfortunately for Paschel’s new girlfriend, Malina then showed up in America and tried to win him back. After a few days, it was clear that Paschel was not over Malina and the two continued their relationship. Before she flew back to Russia, Paschel proposed.
Are Geoffrey and Varya still together?
Malina and Paschel did not appear on the reunion episode of the show, so there is no way to know for sure if the two are still engaged. There have been a number of signs that point to the two of them still being in a relationship.
After the season finale aired, Paschel posted a picture of them with the caption, “Cheers to going in as team and going out as one…
#respect for each other regardless of the outcome. Take notes; that’s how it should be done.”
And now, Paschel has posted one of Malina’s Cameos to his Instagram account.
In the video, Malina wishes a Cameo customer a happy Father’s Day and commends him for having so many children and being such a hard worker.
“I wonder how long it will take for someone to alert her that she inadvertently made me a Cameo,” he captioned the video. “If trolling Cameos isn’t a thing, it should be made one…”
Unbeknownst to Malina, Paschel was the one who requested the Cameo.
“I trolled her…she didn’t know I was the one behind the Cameo,” he commented under the video.
So, while it’s unclear if the two are a serious item, they are at least on good terms.
