’90 Day Fiancé’: What Bothered Mary the Most About Varya’s Apology

90 Day Fiancé stars Varya Malina and Mary Wallace haven’t made up since their first meeting.

Varya came to surprise her boyfriend, Geoffrey Paschel, at his home when she found Mary on his couch. Geoffrey thought that he and Varya had broken up, and Varya didn’t. So a heated altercation followed between the two women.

Varya apologized to Mary after their altercation

In an interview Varya did with The Domenick Nati Show on June 3, she said that she did attempt to apologize to Mary, but she didn’t accept.

“It wasn’t maybe sincere at that moment, but I understood that I was wrong being very rude and I apologized. But she wasn’t ready to accept the apology. Now we don’t have any connection to each other. No communication, no friendship,” she said.

On June 7, Mary was interviewed by The Domenick Nati Show and asked about Varya’s apology to her. She confirmed that she did not accept Varya’s apology.

“You have to remember when that was happening and when she apologized, that was hours after she showed up at the door. I didn’t say anything to her, you guys saw that. I didn’t say anything to her when I left. I was still stunned. I was still in a state of shock. I was still pissed off. And the last thing that I wanted to do was make friends. I wanted her to hear me. She was the one yelling and screaming and whatever at the door. I had time to build up some anger. I was not ready to accept that apology,” she said.

What Mary didn’t like about Varya’s apology

What really didn’t sit well with Mary about Varya’s apology was that she was willing to say sorry but not willing to hear her out and listen to her side.

“I was too mad to even want to listen to her. And she still had emotions, too. Honestly, I didn’t even watch it. So I don’t know what they showed you, what they didn’t show you. But at one point, she gets up and walks away. And she’s just done. I wanted her to hear what I had to say. And she just got up and walked off, like, she didn’t want to hear what I had to say at all. It was all about her,” said Mary.

“I’m just not that person. You come to the door, you’re the one who’s intruding, and you’re not gonna sit there and listen to me? Nah, sis. I don’t think so,” she added.  

Mary said Varya also tried to apologize to her at the bar that night.

“I was invited, people think that I wasn’t, that I just showed up. No, originally, we were all hanging out with our friends. That’s why I went to the bar. And then, of course, she was like, ‘I want to apologize, I want to talk to you. We need to have a conversation.’ And I was like, ‘Alright, I’ll hear you out. But you’re gonna listen to me, too,’ which she didn’t do. But whatever. I mean, I get it,” she said.
