90 Day: The Single Life stars Jesse Meester and Jeniffer Tarazona raised eyebrows in November when a season 2 trailer showed the two had found love with each other. As it turns out, Jeniffer slid into Jesse’s DMs long before either of them were on the show. Now, it looks like the couple might have taken their relationship one step further. Some internet sleuths spotted something very interesting in the background of Jesse’s Instagram stories.

Jesse Meester and Jeniffer Tarazona are both on ‘90 Day: The Single Life’ Season 2

While Jesse and Jeniffer are currently starring in The Single Life Season 2, this isn’t their first rodeo with the 90 Day Fiancé franchise. Jeniffer and Jesse were both in separate seasons of 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days, but unfortunately, neither found what they were looking for with Darcey or Tim.

Jeniffer was dating Tim Malcolm at the time, but their relationship was rocky from the start. The couple argued almost constantly, and Jeniffer felt like Tim was holding back with the intimacy in their relationship.

On the other hand, Jesse was on 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days Seasons 1 and 2 while dating Darcey Silva. The model was several years younger than Darcey, and after meeting on a global dating site, it didn’t take long before cracks in the relationship started to surface. One of Jesse’s most memorable moments involved a blowup with Darcey over how to cut a steak. Fans weren’t shocked when the couple decided to go their separate ways.

90 Day Fiancé fans are some of the most dedicated out there and are always on the lookout for relationship updates. Recently, Jesse posted a video to his Instagram Story of Jeniffer and himself enjoying some time on the beach in Cancun. He’s heard saying, “Beautiful Cancun, finished an amazing afternoon together” However, it was what was in the background that caught viewers’ eyes.

As Jeniffer hugged him and said, “Like a dream come true,” audiences saw giant letters spelling out “marry me” set up in the sand behind them. Of course, there was no confirmation of an engagement, and fans know that the stars sometimes do this to drum up attention, so we don’t know for sure the couple is engaged. However, that seems bold to post if that message was for another couple on the beach.

‘90 Day: The Single Life’ fans wonder if the engagement is for real

Neither Jesse nor Jeniffer seem to have a lot of fans. Jesse could even be considered a villain after his fight with Darcey in front of her daughters. It wasn’t long before viewers were talking about the possible engagement on Reddit.

This Redditor was skeptical about the entire thing, “I think this is all for publicity. They may be ‘engaged’ but likely just to keep a spotlight on them.”

Another user chimed in, “This is as legit as the Humphries/Kardashian marriage. These two need to get day jobs. It’s bad enough when the working talent shill poop teas. But when you are so uninteresting and disliked that you don’t stay on the show then you shook [sic] stick your finger in the wind and chart a new course.”

Fans will have to wait and see if either Jeniffer or Jesse confirms the engagement. However, we can’t imagine would take long if it’s legitimate. In the meantime, audiences can watch how their relationship plays out in front of the cameras on 90 Day: The Single Life Season 2. New episodes air every Friday exclusively on discovery+.
