‘A Million Little Things’ Season 4 Episode 8: ‘The Things We Keep Inside’ Sneak Peek Photos Tease a Dramatic Winter Finale
When A Million Little Things Season 4 Episode 8 returns with “The Things We Keep Inside,” it’s a dramatic winter finale for the friend group. It’s not hard to guess what might happen next between the ABC trailer, synopsis, and new press photos. Regina (Christina Moses) and Rome Howard’s (Romany Malco) relationship is on the rocks. Is something going on between Rome and Cassandra (Azie Tesfai)? Plus, Sophie Dixon (Lizzy Greene) has a new friend, Morgan (Clara Alexandrova), from episode 7 and a new song to share.
‘A Million Little Things’ Season 4 Episode 8 trailer for ‘The Things We Keep Inside’
In the trailer for the next episode of A Million Little Things, “The Things We Keep Inside,” viewers get a glimpse into the awkwardness between Rome and Regina. Plus, things escalate with Maggie Bloom (Allison Miller) and her new boyfriend, Camden Lamoureux (Ryan Hansen). After a long two-week break, Maggie awkwardly says “Love ya” to her boyfriend, Cam Lam. He smiles sweetly and seems to enjoy the gesture. Meanwhile, Sophie finally auditions for MMI (an exclusive music college). However, she purposely doesn’t invite Gary Mendez (James Roday Rodriguez). Also, in the trailer, Rome becomes defensive with the mention of Cassandra’s name.
“Thanks to Cassandra, my film’s getting a second life,” Rome tells Regina in the trailer. “But if you want me to stop working with her, say that.”
It looks like Regina asked Rome about Cassandra as a joke. However, Rome’s defensive reaction might indicate that more is going on between Rome and his publicist.
Are Rome and Regina headed for a breakup, separation, or divorce?
The ABC press photos of Rome and Regina in the next episode of A Million Little Things are confusing. In one picture, the couple shares a kiss; however, in several others they both look angry. With the context of the trailer for A Million Little Things, “The Things We Keep Inside,” it’s easier to figure out what’s going on in the pictures. In the photos that show daylight, we get a glimpse into the conversation in the trailer. Rome gets a little defensive but things seem OK.
However, in the later photos, both Regina and Rome look upset. Rome is wearing the same outfit but Regina has something new on, and it’s later in the evening. Did Rome get home late? Was he with Cassandra? From the previous episodes, viewers know that Rome and Cassandra had a tendency to flirt with each other. This might be the time that those sparks developed into something more. The photo above of the hug might indicate that Regina accepts Rome’s explanation or apology. But it looks like she’s not happy about it and probably keeping some things inside like the A Million Little Things episode title suggests.
‘A Million Little Things’: ‘The Things We Keep Inside’ Sophie’s MMI audition

She had a tumultous year while her mother, Delilah Dixon (Stephanie Szostak) was in France. From the pictures, it looks like she gives a very emotional performance. Plus, her new friend, Morgan, joins the episode, again. However, the photos don’t give away any other details about whether Sophie finally gets into MMI.
